excuse me. it's "Pleading the Fifth"... it's used when the accused don't answer or keeps silent during questioning. There are many ILLOGICAL sequences in this drama... esp.. the court scene with ML and the murder accused. Their reasoning for CCTV footage and others were hard to believe. I think this director don't have any knowledge in judiciary or didn't do any research before writing these scripts. Investigation is also poor. police is acting as a showcase or just an extra in this drama... they are not effective... they don't influence the story.. unless it's ML.. in a stupid way though.

You if you don't understand the context of what I am saying... you will not understand why I am saying this. If the ML's bro informed the police as soon as he found out that the escapee could have taken the jurors address list... police could have given protection to all those whoss names were Torn.... eventually there wouldn't be any drama between FL, escapee and ML.. but he didn't inform.... being in a judiciary field.. he didn't alert the police. this is stupid. He just calls or texts each to check if they are alive or dead...... isn't this NONSENSE?!
If the murdered victim has broken nails... It's high chance that she could have injured the preparator when they clashed. So it would be vice to take samples from her fingertips and compare with all the supspects (all the juror members). Police will do that usually. But in this drama... The DIRECTOR wants to DRAG THIS LONG ENOUGH... so they still haven't done anything useful. STUPID.

i am on episode 2. I am really irritated by the act or the logic behind Ryu Sung Hoon (Judge). He know the killer accused has escaped with the list of juror's address. Why the hell that idiot didn't inform the police???. why the hell he is just calling each juror to know if they are alive or dead.... what's that stupid logic? if he has alerted the police and given out the names.. the killer could have been caught soon.... I AM IRRITATED AS HELL... FUK THE LOGIC! FUK THE DIRECTOR!
even if you delete the FL from the plot, the story would be still interesting. FL and ML "fluffy scenes" are cringey and irritating to watch. it completely distracts the focus of the story.
after episode 19... my interest went downhill... after that stupid twist, I lost all my interest in FL-ML romance.. I just wanted to finish this drama and let it go... I hated to continue... all because of that one stupid twist (,not actually... it's just a stupid template followed in all romance drama) .. their reasons for that is so stupid .. and it made me hate FL... so I just don't care if the FL joins ML or dies in the mid way... I don't care anymore..
it would have been a ,,7.5... but that scene was a let down...
it's not a essay... if middle paragraph is wrong... you still can get marks if the other parts are correct.
the Error they made here is like.. using a wrong formula to prove a therom...
it's just pointless... even if your delivery, derivation and proof is correct..
the concept is wrong... it's different... so the logic is worng.
Do all drama need break up? The FL is so unreasonable.... if she really loved him... if she has a brain... she will not leave ML... Even if her enemy is his DAD... it's his DAD... it's not ML... they are different person!

Because it's a filler and with stupid logics... except those I can't find any logical mistakes in that drama.
