I hate stereotypical statements like these and find them racist. You should consider deleting this. Just my opinion.
You just now agreed with yourself. But still denying the fact.
You make a statement like it is natural for seinen tag.
That's not true. Seinen tag is meant for audiences above 18-30. That means, the character will be in this age or older than this.
That's all.
I have read so many seinen manga without NTR.
The difference b/w japanese manga and korean webtoon is, seinen manga if it has NTR or love traingle, it will be a small element or the focus will not be that. But in webtoon, the main plot will be driven by NTR or love triangle tag.
Similarly, in kdrama, the main plot will be built on love triangle tag.

If you have read any webtoon, which had adult tag.
80-90 % chance you would have encountered a plot with or in the later plot of the webtoon having NTR.
If you didn't means, YOU ARE LYING.
AND, I HATE LOVE TRIANGLE -How could I read NTR? Have some common sense 😂.
When you watch a movie.. you will position yourself in the character and see the developments. That's why people when the main lead or the one whom they are rooting are not written well, they will feel detached and loose the interest.
Tell me, if you like Love triangle, there are two possibilities: In this case (2ML💙1 FL) 1: you are a girl who love having multiple partners. 2. You are a boy who loves sharing your partner
This is a very insulting way of putting it. Love triangles are extremely common not just in K-ent. Western media…
If 10 series are released in US (Netflix or other platforms, How many will have love triangle?
And if 10 series are released in TVN or other from korea, How many will have love triangle?
you will know the answer.
just do some statistics.
I am pointing out.
My observation.
China - obsessed with historical costume dramas Thai - BL or LGBT in most drama (comparing all the languages - jap, kr, mand) korean - known for Love triangle. Is the most successful in making quality drama (out of Asian languages) but obsessed with love triangle.

no. it's not stereotyping. never in any language i have seen this much content having love triangle shit in their story. It has become a signature for them, a typical formula to make a kdrama. A love triangle, probably two handsome (or rich) male leads chasing a poor (or ugly) girl.
there won't be a reason to have a love triangle, but they will bring in for the "formula" for the sake of love triangle, they will change the story. ehhhh.... too many potentially great dramas were spoiled by that kind of things.
it's the truth.
if you read korean webtoon you will know. Most of them have NTR content in them.
NTR (netrorare - ML's partner will be stolen by enemy or other characters)
But if there is a romance genre - what is the probability of them not having love triangle in the plot? Less than 40 percentage!

You can be honest with yourself.
Don't act like you are all pure
