My theory is the two doctors who started the hospital were Alan and Win. Win died due to some hospital scandal and Alan couldnt handle this trauma and became a patient there. He is old now and the ghost he sees is of himself. I am not sure of role of the man that he called his father. Why did he abandon him or if Alan is old then he cant be his father.
