I think it's super realistic.

I hope Ben gets the strength to cut ties. I think that's the only way to move forward.

• So he lashes out at Jim because Jim hurts him without realising it.

It's painful to watch.

I'm not sure what the end game is, but I hope Ben gets to move on. To do that, he needs to sever ties with Jim.

I think kissing on a first date is fine. Kissing doesn't have to be a declaration of true love.
