Just because some Sikhs don't find it offensive then that's their call.

And actually, everyone has not only the right but the responsibility to call out problematic behaviour.

Then maybe don't be casually racist.

People have the right to be offended if they feel their culture was misappropriated.

You have the right not to agree. But a little heads up: telling people who are offended by racism to basically 'get over it' is not a good look.

Or people are more culturally aware.

I don't think he is happy deep down.
He has really low self esteem: that makes him mean and completely oblivious to the fact that Mork really likes him. It doesn't even compute bless him.
The make over will give him the confidence to be happy.
