This is a glorious background preview of our idol Lee Joon Gi, that makes us imagine that "Flower of Evil" is going to be scary, mysterious and filled with tension and suspense. Anyway that's my prediction from looking at this preview and again I just can't wait for it. We have been waiting for his return nearly two years now.
I really can't understand why people don't like this drama. Is it because you don't understand the parallel universes? You don't have any imagination. It is pretty complex like a puzzle. Don't you see the chemistry between the two main actors. They are draw to one another to one another as if they have had some shared experience. She's a tough cookie Lieutenant Jung Tae Eul but despite herself she is drawn to him. She likes his quirky and unexpected displays of affection. It's heart wrenching for her every time he disappears because she never knows if she'll she him again. She feels widowed every time. I love it every time they re-meet. They are so passionate, We need more Korean romances like this. There is strong chemistry in these reunions. The story itself is hard to understand. Watch each episodes several times to get the full meaning. The Uncle though is just a psycho and doesn't even listen to his own advice. It can get confusing with the multiple parts the actors are playing, but I understand it, The King Lee MinHo is very clever and I think he's got it worked out. Then there is Murphy's Law what can go wrong will go wrong. I'm looking forward to the last episode. This drama is for us scienctific, fantasy and romance buff who like to solve the mysteries of the world or just make them up.
This is awesome writing. I've watched a few of the Hong Sisters works and they have intrigued and captivated me but their endings can be ambiguous and vague but her characters are riveting whether main characters or just supporting or the protagonist. They make you sit up take notice. You have to keep watching.
REVIEW:-Chocolate (2019) Oh my goodness my favourite actress Ha Ji Won/Moon Cha Young gets into some heart wrenching dramas alright where I can not leave her. I have to continuing watching all of her misunderstandings with the man she loves. She keeps going back to her favourite alcove beside the sea to shed her sorrows. Her twin brother gets her into so much strife. Her mother what a witch, no wonder her brother has got behavioural and emotional problems.
Ha Ji Won/Moon Cha Young is an outstanding actor but I prefer her in har action movies than in these romances. Her and Yoon Kye Sang/Lee Kang had awesome chemistry together even thought he didn’t recognise her when she had grown up. Her life story was so sad but she made the most of her life and was continuously helping people and serving them the most beautiful and delicious food that they had ever tasted.
I almost couldn’t handle many of his scenes purely because he was so intense in his delivery. He really gave me goosebumps! And when he’s sad, he is completely devastating. He just pulls you right into his experience. Lee Joon Gi alone is worth watching a drama for, but there are plenty of other great reasons to check it out.
I definitely can see LJS as an idol but if he goes to be an idol we will miss him as an actor. In these far away countries like New Zealand we won't get to see him much. Like LJG who has been on his tour we are waiting for his next drama role. We miss him so much. LJS is going to do his Military Service so he will be gone two years. We have to dig up his old works to fill our need to see him. I really hope that LJG is going to do a movie or drama soon.
My Review: FullMetal Alchemist Yeah! I watched this. Kinda weird I’ll have to come back later after I’ve digested it a bit. Its in my realm of fantasy, magic, science fiction but not sure I got it. The move is a bit short to pick up the full gist of the story. Lots of nuances, suspicions, guesses and assumptions. Its very subtle and shadowy and needs more refinement in my mind. So back later 26/06/19. I watched this again. This time I think I’ve got it. I understood it better this time. Maybe I was overtired the first time I watched it. It’s not for everyone. It’s really deep and the mixture of science and fantasy but it’s thought provoking and unusual. Scientific buffs will love it. It’s a Japanese movie and taken from a Japanese comic. I would call it an acquired taste. I had this same kind of problem with “Bleached”. I dreamt a weird science fiction magic dream after I watched it. My dream involve two of my granddaughters I missed. So I watched it again. So three times I’ve watched it.
