It’s only 3.4 in Korea
It is 4.1 for Episode 9 and it is the number 1 TV drama consecutively for Mon and Tuesday slots. For a weekday drama, it is good ratings. Don't compare with dramas which air on weekends. Some weekday dramas cannot even go beyond 2% in ratings. So it is doing well.

Such a good drama. Made me laugh in all episodes and Rowoon is doing exceptionally well as the angry man, now the lovesick man of Hanyang. The plot thickens with the palace mysteries. Love it.
