Actually as of now fiery priest is not getting a season 2 and was confirmed by sbs that the news of S2 was rumours. In the fiery priest every thing came to an end and there was no scope for a S2 except that they had a 150 billion or something in cash taken from the bad guys and didn't show what's their plan with that. At the end they wrote wwwb(we will be back ). May be Vincenzo might have a S2 but may be they cudnt hind at it since the writer have already a project that they promised a S2.
Well written article . The fiery priest is my all time favourite and it will be funnier for those who got all the references and I share the same feelings with you about chief kim . Waikiki is also one of the best undoubtedly.
I just went to youtube and saw some clips from hit the top and genuinely liked eunwoo there ..Can some one say why he gets criticized a lot for his acting?? ..I really liked him but didn't watch the whole drama and those clips made me a lot more excited for this drama

But this role is written like that ryt .For eg in fiery priest and chief kim the leads had to be very expressive but here the character is some one who speaks less . Tbh I wud like to know who you think wud do well instead of sjk ?
SJK does total justice to this role . Initially hesitated to watch this becoz of his romantic image but his expressions are on point . Love how the writer always uses parodies /references in his works.
Maybe the screenwriter will try to add bit romance in this drama since the plot mentioned that the main male lead…
Yes from what I have watched ,the script writer is not some one who goes by kdrama cliches .he is actually known for refreshing story lines that doesnt follow the usual cliches .So as you said I believe either a second female lead or litle romance .Becoz I have so much expectations from this cast and the writer( I have watched be melodramatic and from the teaser I guess song joon ki will nail this )let's see.
I honestly believe this project would show the best version of song joong ki .The script writer is known for bringing the best out of every actor like nam goong min in chief kim and kim nam gil in the fiery priest (he used to do comedy but in this drama he was on another level ). I haven't watched any of the male leads work but iam confident this wud be something fresh and different.

Some people here are not interested in admitting the flaws of this drama and so for them Hjp fans are the problem since they want some one to blame ryt now(cough*yongsan*) for the negative reviews ..Do you really think sensible people around twitter and other social medias will blame this show just because some ship didn't sail ???Just think once for God's sake ...
MDL is updating so a lot of shows ratings dropped by atleast .2+ .And no a lot of people are not rating this show 1 as claimed below .If you look at the icon next to photos you can see how many people rated this show a 1 .It's a very small percentage which we usually see in most shows that's around 1 to 2 percent.So why are people saying some fans are purposefully giving it a 1 .There may be some but not all and that's their personal choice and a lot of agitation comes from the unnecessary focus on love triangle .
Some people here thinking hjp fans hating this show becoz it's not the endgame .Apart from the fact that jp deserves a good ending which is what most Hjp fans want ,I don't know why people don't find making the female lead a damsel in distress and bringing the business plot only for dosan to be the hero saving the heroine annoying .And the terrible underutilization of characters like won in jae who has so much potential .This drama is called start up with a business tag which they failed to properly represent and showing dalmi as an incompetent person needing help from dosan even now.
