Well 1st sister's love interest was quite a piece of work in "Princess Royal". Hope they both changed their ways😄 On a serious note both actors are absolute sweethearts, funny and adorable guys. One must be exeptionately talented to play those vile scumbags, oposite to their true nature.

"New Life Begins" is light and sweet. "Dream of Splendor" is lovely as well, but slightly more dramatic and mature.

I am just as shocked as you are. From the trailers and photos I expected a light-hearted romantic comedy with a few minor misunderstandings. All of a sudden it turns into an angsty melodrama with vilainous characters, muderous intentions, green teas, red..ish flags and what not. Sincerely hope they just tease us with teasers and it is not as bad as it looks🙏

I might be wrong but teasers could be Very misleading! Just recently if you watched Blossom in a teaser Song Mo grabbing ZD's neck and trying to strangle her. It had nothing to do with domestic abuse or him being angry. Like you I will wait for more episodes to come and see how it developes.

Yep, we all need more LYN🤣. That is how I found it as well. It has been ages since they filmed it. I think he is perfect for that role. Of course they would tone down the ML. The drama would never see the light of day if they follow the novel to the tee.

I think she is good. Just typical "mother -hen".. She is not a saint. It is only human to feel the way she does. Plus she is hot-tempered and the type of character who speaks first and thinks later.

In episode 4 there is an explanation. She was a childhood friend of Kang Ning and KN's twin. The twin brother drowned trying to save that girl. His body never found. Even though Madam Li gave her shelter and secretly put aside a small dowry for her deep down she harbors a sort of a resentment that her pride and joy, only son died saving that girl. The girl's father died and her biological mother remarried. So she stayed in the Li family.

The novel's adaptation with Liu Yu Ning as ML is called "The Prisoner of Beauty". It is not out yet. FL seams to be having issues:(

Haha me three;) I would highly recommend a novel "Marquis is Innocent". ML, Wei Shao is exactly the type.

I would recommend three recent ones for starters: Under the Queen's umbrella (Korea, 2023), Blossom (China, December 2024) and As Long as We both Shall Live (Japan, 2023). They are phenomenal💖

That's a really good drama👌My first one with him was My Lucky Princess(2022). Such a good and refreshing comedy.

If you have not watched already try My Uncanny Destiny(2023), My Lucky Princess (2022). He is adorable in both and the dramas are light and hilaroius.

They have been married for a few years, still very much into each other and all over each other 😊😉😆. She is expecting their second baby. The first one was a son 💕💖
