Haha you are spot on with his nickname. I read the novel (bits and pieces) and that is exactly what happened in their first life. At some point towards the end FL confessed to ML that while he could be on his own she could not be alone. While he could be celebete for do many years she could not.

I am afraid if they are true to the novel SRQ would very soon become one of the most hated characters on mydramalist.com. I personally did not hate him upto now as he was too pathetic and pitiful for such a strong emotion. And then I read the last few chapters...

My thoughts exactly! If the drama is based on a novel I just pretend the changed ending does not exist! Or just stop watching before the stupid ending ruins my mood;)

I see. The actress is so lovely and talented. Would never thought she is still at school haha. Amazing how good those young people are at acting. Our ML, JL's cousin are also so young and Tong 'er actress is practically a baby age wise! I am truely in awe.

I read "Rebirth of the malicious empress of the military lineage". That is my absolute favourite of three. "Rebirth of an ill-fated consort" is quite good as well if you can stomach the beginning. It is not for the faint-hearted. Quite brutal.
