It's interesting how you can already tell it is from director Ahn Pan Seok based on the trailer and the cast. His dramas often have these earth tones and he often cast the same actors for supporting roles.
nope that is the picture from netflix, I THINK it is older comedians GF, or othr comedians GF, or OLDEr comedian…
No, the type setting comes from another poster. (It is the one MDL uses: https://kisskh.at/16411-spark) Most search results will return the poster without her and she really wasn't in the drama. After my own research this is clearly an fan made edit. It's quite easy to photoshop. Also the coloring isn't matching to the overall style.

Strange. On the netflix version I can access (https://www.netflix.com/hk-en/title/80095626) they don't have her on the poster and she doesn't look like the actresses playing the slightly bigger female roles.
I want to believe that the picture for Spark is wrong. I think this must be an edit cause I can't remember seeing this woman anywhere in the show and how she would relate to anything there. Maybe someone can exchange that picture to the original one to not give any wrong impressions.
The last picture of That Man Oh Soo is from another drama called Girls' Generation 1979. I wonder why the relationship status of the actors are mentioned when it should be about the dramas and the acting abilities of them and not their personal life.
I loved the begining of the movie but not the ending or even the twist maybe? I would have loved it more if he…
I think both suicides made sense. For Jin Seok the memories were always too much to handle for him as he even forgot them in the first place and his only reason to live back then was probably his brother. And similar Yoo Seok or the little boy was only living his life with revenge hoping it was not his own family that caused the tragedy. So both of them lost what let them strive forward and had to deal with a huge revelation that question their whole life.
I just finished watching this wonderful drama and I'm thinking about the issues it adressed. I think everyone can learn from the message of this drama, even if you are at a different point in life. It is like a wake up call to look back if you're truly doing what you want. I can definitely recommend this drama.
For information on Hong Kong films you can take a look at this page: https://www.screendaily.com/news/hong-kong-box-office-shrinks-for-second-year-in-a-row/5125254.article According to the article Top 3 are Love Off The Cuff, Shock Wave and Journey To The West: The Demons Strike Back. I've only seen two HK films (Mad World and The Sinking City: Capsule Odyssey) but they sadly didn't attracted more viewers to make it to the top 3, even though they were good :)
Does Kang Doo unni at the store had a relationship with rich brat (Yoo Jin's brother), otherwise why would not…
I think she froze because all the while she thought he seeks her company as a substitute. When he said his first love was a bitch this indicated for me that he is spending time with her because of her, not the first love. If he wanted to have a nice time why would he otherwise go to someone that looks someone he has bad memories with? She kind of started to develop feelings for him so his revelation made her freeze. And for not showing the face, I just think if they would it could lead to misunderstandings from the viewers that it's actually the same person or it's just not significant enough. But these are just my thoughts :)
The new features are great. The new design is still quite confusing, especially because the side bar is sometimes at the left (shows) and then on the right (forum, news). I'm also not digging the new font. I think it is a bit too small and not so easy to read for someone like me with not perfect vision. And I wonder why the overall rating is only one? I prefer having separated rankings. The new version tells me Signal is #2, as the movie Miracle in Cell No.7 is #1, but shouldn't it be seperated so I know how good a drama is in relation to other dramas.
The first episode has been translated by Cherii: https://twitter.com/cherii07 I'm really grateful of her and yuna7 fansub's work, so maybe you could also express your support :)
Another movie that somehow covers a bit about protests in the 80s: http://mydramalist.com/7956-the-old-garden While I haven't seen the movie, I once started the book and even though I didn't finish it, it left an lasting impression due to its bleak nature. The main character is released from prison after being involved in the anti-government protests.
Anyoone, is this good as Circle? I want to start this one bec Circle will end this week and I will feel empty…
You should definetly start it! Before I was really anxious about Circle and couldn't wait for the next episode and then I started Duel and now I find my attention going more towards Duel. I love both, but waiting for Duel hurts as I just want to hug Sung Joon and I want to figure out how the show will solve all the issues.
the english poster is I believe this one: https://occ-0-300-299.1.nflxso.net/art/5572c/1d8c00aa7c6dd45ebdc5293621e9dccd0b85572c.jpg
Sorry for the inconvenience and have a nice day :)
