I think you are possibly using the wrong adjective to describe that. Perhaps replace 'slutty' which is sadly a rather pejorative term (and suggests you disapprove of their relationship) with 'sensual' which is more neutral and accurate.
Also, the make-up artists thoughts pre-filming: âI have a vague idea what Roman numerals are but I canât be arsed to research them in any detail before creating this characterâs tattoo.â

This smacks of victim-shaming. Reword it or delete it because the way itâs worded helps no one.
Iâm not twisting your words - they are already ambiguous enough to be problematic. As I suggested, rewrite it or delete it if you want to get a useful point across.
I am watching it because itâs just freakishly enjoyable. It doesnât always need to be Tolstoy.
