Iām just glad they started airing them. I didnāt like how they left out such important details and essentially made viewers very confused about this whole show. The story feels way more fluid now and compares better to the novel as well lol
I really donāt understand why they cut so many important scenes from the episodes? Thereās some scenes in the directors cut that perfectly describe Marks confusion and inner struggles with his feelings as well as his journey with slowly accepting his attraction towards Vee, but they decided to cut them out for whatever reason. What are they trying to do? In the scene after Mark is refusing Veeās invitation to watch a movie together you can literally see how heās catching himself developing feelings. Heās smiling at first but that turns into anger and concern. He isnāt exactly liking that heās feeling this way. Heās trying to draw a line between him and Vee and avoid these thoughts and feelings. He knows Vee is taken and that heās just playing around. That scene is literally such an important part to understanding Markās character and get a better insight on how he is viewing this whole situation but they decided to just not include it in the og episode? I donāt get it. The director cuts are so much better and help people to follow their story more closely without being confused about some of the characters actions
That last scene from the directors cut sksks Mark is actually so seductive. He can really draw ppl in. Mark has this very charming side about himself that just makes ppl unable to look away from him. He has had a lot of casual partners in the past and he knows how to get with someone and make them follow him. He is mad attractive
