Why japanese TV dramas(most of the dramas but not all) are so substandard in their plotlines and other things.

Whatever it is but you just cannot justify a crime, yes she was in pain, yes she needed help, yes she needs care, but you have taken lives one after another even a disabled person who had no fault at all and afterall you are still running away for the hope of a normal life is that even a life you want to get? That's creepy. Frustrating storyline but good acting by all the performers.
