IKR! I didn't really notice it at first. I just assumed she was older. She is a good actress but they should have got someone that looks younger than Ohm.
I am happy too see the rating is slowly going up and it's getting the recognition it deserves. I have heard a lot of people complain that the story is cheesy and ridiculous but I completely disagree. I actually find this story a little more realistic then some other series. Who hasn't fallen for someone older? Also I learned a long time ago you can't always base a series on it's pilot episode. There is just enough drama without being over dramatic at least so far. It is also very funny!! The chemistry between Bom and Tar is top shelf even though they have quite a bit of an age gap.
Obviously Ohm is older than the character he is playing in I Will Knock You but how he plays Thiw makes you believe he is the same age as Noey/Tar. I love Ohm in this role!! ❤
This series is so great!!! Korean BL has really upped the anti when it comes to storyline and acting. I love that more seasoned actors are getting into doing BL now because before it was always first timers just trying to break into the entertainment world.
I can understand how this movie is disliked by many people especially if it is triggering for you. Superficially yes it is violent and stomach turning but if you can stomach it until the end the psychology behind it is quite fascinating and extremely deep. A lot of people may disagree and I may be reading too much into what I believe the story tellers meant too say but personally I loved this movie. It dealt with grief in a unique and yes disturbing way, but unless you have been what these 2 have been through you can honestly say for 100% certainty what it would do to you mentally. I see a lot of people chalking the ending up too Stockholm Syndrome but in my opinion that is just a simplification of what brought these 2 broken people together. Please don't come at me, I am just giving my opinion. Like I said I could be completely wrong and it's as black and white as most people think but I honestly don't think so.
I loved the series but the end left me a little confused.Was it meta? A series within a series? The first 2 stories had somewhat happy endings so why weren't Nott/Penn and Gus/Bew sitting together at the awards show?Fern was trans? If so why did she buy a pregnancy test too begin with? Also side question is Paper trans or was she just playing trans? No payoff for the Sky/Earth relationship? I am so confused at the moment!!
I loved Ai and Nhai but any other plot points seem to disappear and I was looking forward too them. Ton and Chon went from brothers/friends too being in love off screen and just kind of mentioned in passing. Intha's story I guess couldn't really go anywhere Songkwan was leaving too study abroad but I hoped they would at least get a bit more screen time before that. I was especially looking forward too Nine and FM's side coupling but it just never gets mentioned again. Also what about the confession Ai's Mom made too Nhai about Sib? I was also hoping that Jom would see her Mother for the psycho she is and that Ai and her could repair their relationship. With so many dangling threads I am hoping that means we get a season 2 or at the very least a special episode. 🤞🤞 Aside from all that I think this would have been the perfect mainly light hearted series we need sometimes as there was only a little drama and even most of those were either flashbacks or dreams.
This series is so cute and funny so far. Noey on the surface seems 1 dimensional but I feel inside he is much more complicated. You forget sometimes that Noey is the younger one since he seems more wise and keeps Thi life lessons. One minute he talks to Thi like he is lower than dirt and the next he is soft talking like is already in love. Noey's Mom and Sister are awesome. I can't wait too see how their relationship unfolds and evolves.
