I love historical dramas. I recommend Gye Baek, Yi San, The Jewel of the Palace, Soldier, Gu Am Heo Jun. I personally like the Nightwatchman. Just curious why are you really dropping Nightwatchman.

The plagiarism story didn't make sense. That's another reason I didn't give it a 10. They should have left that part out. If they wanted him injured and cripple at the end, they could have thought of a better way to do it.

I didn't give it a 10 because the last episodes should have been 2 or more episodes. However, Sawa hinted about the ending when she was narrating at the beginning of episode 11. The last minute of the drama gives me hope.

Go ahead watch it. Just remember Japanese dramas don't have Hollywood and Fairytale ending.

Sawa got a divorce. Her final words were "I'm sorry God. But I might bring your wrath upon me again". She will meet her lover again. He'll find away to get a divorce.

Not the ending I wanted, but Sawa's final words "I'm sorry God. But I might bring your wrath upon me again". Just gave me a glimmer of hope, that she will find her happiness again.

I like what you said. As a matter of fact you figure out who the little ghost girl's true identity. I do not like people bashing historical dramas because their impatience. I'm glad with both enjoy Nightwatchman's Journal.

Why are there so many negative comments about Nightwatchman's Journal? Comments on how long it took them to become Nightwatchman. Well it took over 20 episodes before Seonduk became the Queen. It took more than 12 episodes before Yoo Bang in Salaryman became President of his future father in laws company. It took over 15 episodes before Jan Di realizes she truly loves Jung Pyo. I can go on and on. But some of you are just bashing this drama because bashing is something to do.
And another thing there is chemistry between Lee Rin and Do Ha. It's one way, but it is there. By the way, the reason why the chemistry between Uee and Jung Il Woo is lacking is because Uee is not in the drama. The actress name is Ko Sung Hee. Before you bash the chemistry between two lead stars. Get your facts straight.

Interesting I said I had similar thoughts about a drama I dropped. But this one is much better.

That little ghost girl is not the ex-queen, Lee Rin's mother. She was his childhood friend.

I'm enjoying this drama, now. Every character fits into the story perfectly every last one. My favorite character so far is the King. He is a crazy as hell, but commanding Moo Seo to watch over Lee Rin was brilliant. Moo Seok denies black magic now, but he will change his mind soon ( I hope he does)

Hopefully the added episodes will give us a happy ending. The happy ending I want is that Hye Won and her father live their life without threats from the puppet master.

I'm having a hard time with the young prince and eunuch. They are overacting. This is the first time I am disappointed in a Korean child actor. I hope they give him better acting classes.
That eunuch acts too much like a worsesome ninny. Eunuchs are still men even if they don't have all the parts.
Those are my two biggest gripes about this drama.
