I checked out comments on this show because I was really intrigued at first sight and I wanted to find out what others were thinking about it ... I sort of regretted it . I felt what you feel when you see someone you fall in love at first sight and when you talk with your friends they demolish the person on spot. Anyways I whant to say that I watched the first two episodes one after another and I NEVER fast forwarded it, although sometimes I do that while watching shows. I was glued to the screen in order to understand the story. I appreciated the narration from two different point of view and experiences of the two main characters. I think the the screenwriter have done a very interesting job. I don't know if is accurate with the webtoon but I don't think is important since I haven't seen it. I just wanted to share my good vibes about this show and say that I can't wait to see how is going to be. If a story telling can let you feel the need to know what's going on next than it's worth watching. About the ratings I always like to wait for the end ... I'm not superficial nor partial for better or for worse. If I have to give a vote for the first two episodes I think it will be 8 ... let's see in the future. One more thing ... this weekend another K-drama started and I couldn't end episode one because I couldn't focus on the story ... I see the rating is higher but in the end I think is quite personal ... Let's say that here the story is interesting at least I want to know where is bringing us. Enjoy the view ... š«°
Both family relationships, the fact that a 30 year old something need to marry who the family decide to, even the pijama they are wearing and the way they come on and off stage is ridiculous, but I think is a stile choice. That said ... viewer may decide to stay or go ... ridiculousness stays anyway.

Of course zombie, gumiho, vampires and so on are not real but whatever the object of a drama is, we all know that there are good dramas and bad dramas. We may have preferences about the kind and sometimes we like blockbuster, masterpice or even cringe one for no reason. What makes the difference is the vibe that give us the understanding of the story even if it doesn't belong to us. Obviously I didn't expect anything like Love is Sweet or any other series. Since it's a spin off I only relate to OAO. The differences between the past and present characters may be different, but since they are related I expected a stronger longing or link between the two of them. If I'm correct there will be 30 episodes so we already saw half of the story and, from the point of view of someone who haven't read the novel, their interactions between the two main characters are a little bit off. Many Chinese dramas needed adjustment because of the censorship (expecially BL), but the story needs its flow and sense for those who only watch the drama. ā„

From an european point of view, the relationship in this story is puzzling and unreal. If it may be understandable the story development in OAO, the spin off in current time, at this point (episode 14), is at least weird. The premises were very interesting but Zhou Sheng Chen character changed so much that I canāt comprehend the link between the past and the present. The real problem doesnāt rely in the lack of kisses but in the nonsensical relationship between the Chen and Shi Yi. In the last few episodes I was wondering why bothering reincarnate to have such a frigid relationship. Passion and love donāt need to be strictly physical, although itās the most natural response, but this plot is unbelievable: there is no longing, no attachment and no attraction expressed by the characters only a faint link with the past. The acting and setting are good and what makes me go on watching it, is the curiosity to know what will be in the end of these two poor souls. So finger crossed for the next episodes š¤ PS: I guess my expectation was high because Bai Lu was lucky to produce something lovely with Luo Yun Xi in Love is sweet

I like actors who chellenge themselves, if they have the choice, to try out different things so I don't think is healty to stick to a certain stereotype.
I defenetly don't expect Daniel Radcliffe to be Harry Potter for the rest of his life ... the same goes for actors around the world ...and who cares about the surgery, if she is thinner, chubby or whatever. It may be relevant only because it doesn't match the character played: Park Min Young needed to drop weight for "Merry my Husband" and RenƩe Zellweger had to gain weight for Bridget Jones's Diary. If I have to say something about out of contest a slave the dive to find out pearl can't be so glossy as Zhao Lu Si but that's another matter and she knows how to act anyway.
Slow peacing doesn't mean bad (it may be but it may be not for example "In the mood for love" shoud be different?), surgery doesn't mean anything here (if the character is out of contest for the features required it is but that's not the case) and the past show are irrelevant in any case.
Every show is different, every character shoud be different.
How can someone compare a teen show with a dark fantasy only becouse there is the same actor?
I think comments should be about the outcoming of a certain product not a career.
