I read your comment before starting this drama, laughed, and thought you had to be exaggerating. Im on episode 23 now and see that you are not exaggerating at all! This could be a drinking game! A shot when weiyoung gets blamed and another for every slap lol. They blame everything on this girl!!! But its sooo good!

This drama reminded me of Forever Love a lot. Theres something satisfying about when the ML and FL never swerve in their affections. So wholesome. That mom, though! I know she chilled eventually, but to use her surgery to try and force her daughter to breakup?! Savage.

I'll definitely watch it then. Always looking for good dramas I havent seen.

Yeah I did not like him and zhao lusi as a couple in Female Student Arrives at the Imperial College, and she has good chemistry with all her other MLs, imo. I havent seen Princess Weiyoung, I'll have to watch it!

Season 1 episode 15. Rewatching it to find it it wasnt as good as i remembered but still better than here. I might have been biased because well intended love was only my third or fourth drama. 300 drama views later im more critical I guess lol. It went internet famous at the time though.

I thought he did good with the kiss scenes in well intended love. Especially the cherry scene lol.

I loved that he told the whole court. And the ministers zhuo hua worked with had such funny reactions to the news.

Yeah I thought he'd get his strength and abilities back at some point, but he didnt, even after the poison was gone. One or two fight scenes would have been nice towards the end.

Why does Feng Shao Feng look so good riding a horse? Highlight of the drama for me was everytime Liu Yan donned armor and rode in dramatically. He just plays these general/prince roles so well.

Princess Yun Luo is my new hero. Only on episode 6, but when she tortured the assassin with her pets she won me over hard. And the "Princesses never lie" line!! Not that I dont love all the characters so far. Im enjoying this drama so much more than I expected. Also all the female characters are so strong and funny. Even the villain housekeeper with her mace. Loving it so far!

I started watching this mainly for liu yi chang and because I needed something to watch while waiting for episodes on other currently airing dramas. From the synopsis I thought it was going to be stupid, but it actually ended up being better than any of the other dramas I was watching. The whole cast was great, the story line was fun and had a good pace, and the romance was great with just enough angst and a fairly fleshed out happy ending. Even the whole trapped in a video game thing was fairly well done. Was it always entirely logical at time? Questionable. Well, who cares? Surprisingly good drama. Even if I came in with zero expectations. Im glad I gave it a try.

I literally came to the comment section JUST to rant about the bird!!!!! So glad Im not the only one who thinks its insane! How you gonna turn on your supposed beloved based on something a freaking bird said!?!? Now excuse me, I have to go break up with my boyfriend because the cat told me to. Like c'mon!

Its a bit jarring going from MAB 1 to MAB 2 because both leads were recast, but I'd highly recommend watching 1 first. It sets up the basis of the story. And Janice Wu also does well as the FL in the first series. Though 2 is funnier, I think.
