A Mess of Clichés, Cringe Momens and Unrealistic Characters
This was truly a bottom-tier series. Flirt Milk is supposed to be a light hearted romance and comedy but fails to deliver a coherent plot or believable characters. There was no real plot to speak of, and the lead couple had absolutely no chemistry and most of the characters were unrealistic. The series was strange, painfully slow, and filled with cringe-worthy scenes, many of which were difficult to watch.The clichés piled up, from the poorly executed fake mustaches to the absurd scenes featuring adult men in sexy women’s lingerie, which added nothing to the story. I can’t help but feel sorry for the actors who had to follow such a script. And honestly, what was the deal with the milk? It seemed like a random product placement with no real significance to the story.
On a positive note, the series did have a couple of lighthearted moments, and some viewers may find the humor appealing, though I struggled to see past the many flaws. If you have endless time on your hands and are into cheesy, over-the-top series, you might get some entertainment out of it, but I wouldn't recommend prioritizing this one.

Weak Plot and Dull Romance – Not Worth Your Time
Unfortunately, a boring and weak script. *Exclusive Love* is a Taiwanese BL drama about a grown man who ends up reconnecting with a much younger guy he once tutored. As their paths cross again, feelings begin to grow—but not everything goes smoothly.The concept had potential, but the execution left a lot to be desired. The storyline was vague and never really committed to a clear direction. Sure, it’s meant to be a love story, but it felt hollow and aimless. The main romance failed to deliver, largely because the leads lacked any real chemistry. It was hard to root for them when their connection felt so forced.
One major plotline, involving the main character’s dying brother, was almost completely glossed over. It was supposed to add emotional depth, but instead, it felt like a forgotten subplot. The side couple, while cute together, seemed randomly inserted and their relevance to the main story was never made clear.
The repeated trope of a mature adult falling for a much younger, immature partner is getting old. It’s a dynamic that’s been played out far too often in Asian BL series, and here it felt especially tired and unoriginal.
That said, the production quality wasn’t terrible, and some supporting performances had charm. The cinematography was decent, and the series did have moments that hinted at emotional resonance, but they were few and far between.
I usually enjoy Taiwanese BL dramas, but this one was just too dull and forgettable. Honestly, I’m not even sure why I watched it to the end. With so many new BL series coming out from Asia, this is one you can safely skip.

Too Much Silly Slapstick for My Taste
Here’s my take on the series: It had an interesting concept, but it just didn’t land for me. This is a story about a successful LGBTQIA+ superstar who, after coming out and rising to fame, suddenly wakes up in the body of Khun Woradet, a nobleman in the 18th-century Thonburi Kingdom.It really wasn’t a show in my taste. I honestly don’t even know why I finished it, I should have dropped it after two episodes, it just didn’t get better. This is a slapstick comedy but the characters are so exaggerated, far too silly in my opinion, not my type of humour. The storyline is messy and it often felt like the same thing was being repeated over and over during the series. I had totally different expectations for this show. It was dull, I fast-forwarded through several parts. There are so many BL series now from Thailand now and this is not one I can recommend.

Worst BL this year - don't wast your time on this one
This was the worst BL series I've seen in years. I ended up fast-forwarding because I somehow thought it might get better later on but no, it didn't. Strange story, extremely slow and boring, I don't understand how the famous actors, neither the main roles nor the supporting roles, could even agree to be in such a bad series. A Beautiful, mature Sslow-Burn thatproves quality storytelling still exists
Ticket to Heaven stands out as one of the better BL series of the year. It proves that when a production focuses on a polished script, meaningful themes, and talented actors, it can elevate the entire genre.Most of the Thai series that focuses on young people, it usually falls into the trap of being just another fluffy high school story with an uninteresting, surface-level plot. This show completely breaks that mold. It delivers a breath of fresh air by offering a story with actual depth, tackling mature, compelling, and highly interesting subject matter despite the young age of the characters.
The acting across the board is highly impressive. I have to give a special shoutout to Fourth, who delivers a truly outstanding and emotionally grounded performance. To be completely honest, I am usually not the biggest fan of Gemini’s acting, but I was pleasantly surprised by his performance in this series. He made a solid effort and did a good job alongside Fourth, making their scenes feel natural.
The production value is generally excellent, and the characters feel incredibly believable and grounded. For a slow-burn drama, the pacing is very well-handled throughout most of the episodes. It succeeds in building a beautiful, quiet tension without relying on unnecessary filler. My only minor critique regarding the pacing is the finale. The resolution in the end felt a bit too quick and rushed, and I wish the story had been given a few more episodes to truly breathe. However, none of this ruined the overall experience for me.
Go watch it! This is not only a perfect recommendation for anyone new to the BL genre, but also a must-watch for those who are completely tired of low-quality scripts and shows that only focus on nude scenes.

Romantic and cute series from China
A typical romantic comedy/drama series. Maybe a bit slow, they could have cut a number of episodes.A plus for the female characters who weren't as silly as they tend to be in many similar Chinese series. The lead has a clear character and role in the series that isn't just being a romantic object to the male lead.
Maybe didn't leave any deeper traces behind, but absolutely worth watching within the genre.

Interesting series from China, beautiful and intimate but with a sloppy ending
I really enjoyed this series. Didn't really maintain high quality throughout but had an interesting story and good acting overall BUT I didn't like the ending, like the production just gave up at the end. It would have gotten a better rating from me if they had worked more on the ending.Still think this is worth watching and great to see a Chinese series with an LGBT theme manage to get around the censorship.

Very interesting story and great acting
A favorite Thai series that I rewatched twice. Action drama with some romantic elements. Very good story and fantastic actors all of them. Especially Off & Gun, they fit so much better in these serious roles instead of the banal comedies they usually appear in. Not as shallow as many other BL series, this one covers many interesting topics such as class differences, poverty, social activism , identity, friendship and of course love. An awkward, frustrating mess with age gap and creepy dynamics
This story that is supposed to come across as "sexy," but instead just becomes incredibly weird and deeply uncomfortable to watch. To be completely honest, I don't even know why I bothered to finish this show.An age gap doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing, but in this specific series, it feels entirely wrong. One character is a mature adult, while the other—despite technically being a grown-up—looks and acts like a literal child. Seeing them together in a romantic and sexual relationship gave me nothing but bad vibes, and the older lead genuinely gives off a creepy energy that makes your skin crawl.
Just like many other Japanese romantic dramas, it containes a lot of classic misunderstandings, an extreme fear of confrontation, and an exaggerated caution that is just exhausting to sit through. It wastes so much time and energy on these frustrating clichés. Its To make matters worse, despite the episodes being incredibly short, a massive portion of the runtime is ruined by completely unnecessary recaps and constant flashbacks of things we have already seen.
The production tries hard to sell a provocative, naughty romance, but the actual execution falls completely flat. If you are looking for a well-written, comfortable, and genuinely romantic age-gap story, skip this one. It's just a frustrating and cringey experience that isn't worth your time. There are other, also somewhat bizarre Japanese series with spicy scenes that are still worth a watch if you like the Japanese style of filmmaking, but this one is definitely not one of them.

Cute Korean Love Story – But Haven’t We Seen This Before?
“Something’s Not Right” is a light Korean BL drama that tells the story of two high school students navigating their complicated feelings for each other. The series focuses on two boys, whose bond starts as friendship but slowly transforms into something deeper—though both are too scared to admit their feelings.The series is cute and has a cozy, feel-good vibe that many viewers will appreciate BUT, the pacing is a major issue. The story feels dragged out unnecessarily, with long stretches where absolutely nothing progresses. It is incredible repetitive —after a few episodes, it feels like you’re watching the same misunderstandings play out over and over again.
The biggest frustration is the lack of communication between the main characters. Episode after episode relies on the same formula: they like each other, they misunderstand each other, they avoid talking, and then repeat. It’s not just frustrating—it’s exhausting. It’s a shame because both actors do a decent job with the material they’re given, and the production quality is actually quite solid for a web drama.
The emotional stakes are low, and the tension barely changes throughout. Instead of building toward a satisfying climax, the show spins in circles. That said, there are moments of charm—some of the side characters are likable, and the soundtrack is pleasantly mellow. Fans of soft, slow-burn romances might find something to enjoy here. But for many viewers, especially those who’ve seen other recent BL dramas, “Something’s Not Right” doesn’t offer anything new. With so many similar dramas released lately, this one blends into the background. Cute? Yes. Memorable? No.

There are many BL series being released in Thailand now, this one is not one you need to prioritize
It is a Thai BL series with a very strange story. The absurdity of a panther and a penguin from the zoo turning into two human boys in high school who also fall in love with each other. Also with action elements when they are hunted by some trafficking guys/hunters and then some invisible goddess who helps them.. it's just a bit too much and so many unexplained gaps in the story.The two main characters do their best though and the chemistry between them is good, we will definitely see more of them later on. The series has some cute romantic scenes and is one of the most innocent BL series that Thailand has produced in recent years, no nude scenes and no jealousy dramas at all. But no, I'm sorry but this one doesn't even reach an average rating for me.

A highly entertaining and well-made BL drama comedy
A highly entertaining and well-made series that is perfect for its genre. It delivers a great pacing and mostly feel-good vibes throughout the entire story. In a market where the industry often just tries to sell BL series using forced intimate scenes, it is incredibly refreshing to watch a show with real professional acting and a solid script.The comedy timing is excellent, and the main leads have an amazing, natural chemistry that makes the whole show a joy to watch.The story is a really fun drama-comedy with well-developed characters. I loved the chaotic detective-like plans and the playful back-and-forth between the main characters.
If I have to find any minor critique, it is that the plot can be a bit unrealistic at times. The characters seem to have an unrealistic amount of free time on their hands despite having very demanding jobs. Also, the final resolution towards the end felt a bit too chaotic and silly. However, none of these small flaws took away from my enjoyment of the show. After all, it’s a comedy, not a documentary.
Ultimately, this is a truly great romantic comedy that is well worth watching. It is the absolute perfect series to binge-watch on a boring weekend, or when you are just tired of world politics and need something fun to escape into.

The perfect cozy feel-good BL for a rainy day
Connecting to You is a lighthearted, pleasant feel-good series that is absolutely perfect for a rainy day. It focuses on being cute, cozy, and comforting from start to finish.The story delivers a classic romance between two opposite characters. While it does not fully follow the typical enemies-to-lovers trope, it definitely captures that charming dynamic. The pacing is a bit on the slower side, but it remains thoroughly enjoyable. Naturally, some classic misunderstandings are thrown into the mix, which causes it to take some time before the leads finally choose each other in the end.
While the fantasy element regarding the threads can feel a bit inconsistent at times, the show completely makes up for it with its bright, cheerful atmosphere and fun humor. If you are looking for a simple, heartwarming, and well-executed comfort show in the lighthearted feel-good genre, this one is a great watch.

A Massive Disappointment: Boat and Oat Deserved Better Than This AI-Level Script
Knot was easily one of my most anticipated Thai BL series of the year. The trailer looked incredibly promising, and the hype surrounding the first major Thai live-action Omegaverse series was huge. Unfortunately, the final result turned out to be a major disappointment.The core issue of this series is the screenplay. The pacing was painfully slow, with several episodes where absolutely nothing happened. It feels terrible to say, but the writing was of such a low standard that it honestly felt like someone asked AI to write the screenplay. Many of the dialogues were completely disjointed and awkward, leading nowhere and leaving several glaring plot holes unanswered. It felt more like a rough draft that desperately needed a test audience to point out its flaws before production started. On top of that, some of the side characters were completely underdeveloped; the creators failed to give them coherent personalities or make them fit naturally into the narrative.
Maybe , the series also suffered from a noticeable lack of budget that ruined the immersion. One example: the plot heavily hyped up an important, high-status networking party meant for elite families. Yet, when the scene aired, the venue looked practically empty with maybe three extras standing around alongside the main family.
The only reason I managed to finish this show is due to the main leads, Boat Yongyut (Nakhun) and Oat Pasakorn (Phatsa). They did absolutely everything they could with the weak material they were given. Their acting was strong, and their chemistry saved the series from becoming an unwatchable disaster. As expected from this couple, the NC scenes were hot, well-acted, and actually meaningful to the story. Oat, in particular, possesses an incredible talent that is completely wasted on a script this weak.
Unfortunately, the finale left far too many questions unanswered. A perfect example of this was how they handled the pregnancy. Right from the trailer, it was obvious that Oat’s character would get pregnant. Leaving this reveal until the very last episode made it a painfully long wait for something that didn't offer any more shock value than what we already saw in the trailer. We didn't actually get to learn anything more about their story. A trailer is supposed to be a teaser for what's to come, but the series itself needs to deliver so much more. Otherwise, you might as well just watch the trailer and you’ve already seen the whole story—and that’s pretty much how this series felt.
Right now, the Thai BL industry is pumping out BL series at a rapid pace, but quantity has officially overtaken quality. There is far too much focus on nude scenes, ships, and forced fanservice, and way too little focus on solid storytelling, polished scripts, and believable character development. I truly hope Boat and Oat get a project worthy of their talents next time. For now, I’m also still waiting for someone to make a truly great, high-quality Omegaverse series.
