Yes, there's a second part around 2003,the Chinese name of this serial is 飞刀问情.I'm not sure if you can…
I don't know might be back then, but during 80s and 90s lots of Hongkong movie and drama screening rights were sold to many Asian countries, although Lee was made in Taiwan, one of its directors Yuan HePing is a very famous Hongkong Kongfu director and both serials been shown on Hongkong TV, btw that why someone says there might be Cantonese dubbing
So do Vietnam people like Chinese drama? When I travelled there like 5 years ago, watched Chinese drama everyday on the local TV channel in the hotel, remember one I even haven't heard back in China LOL.

It's great you can watch it on Bilibili now! As a Wuxia fan, I watched many Vincent's swordsman serials when I was young, of course, Legend of Dagger Lee is one of his most classical, still touched by hearing the theme songs even though it was long long ago. I'm so glad after so many years there is still someone far away who remembers it like me.
Hope you enjoy it :) I checked your profile that you only speak Cantonese, I'll ask around on Vincent's fan club if there is a version with Cantonese dubbing or English subs.
