Unless they are gonna make it CLEAR they are together just without skinship and kisses and stuff like that (which I am good with like advance bravely). They better not make them JUST friends or JUST stepbros. They should have given this project to Taiwan, or even Thailand would have done it well. But China? For a book like Addicted? That’s WILD. They already tried and it failed and left all the watchers unsatisfied. The Addicted book is not like The Untamed book. It was far heavier than The Untamed if ykyk (excluding those extras because what Wei Ying did with Bichen is crazy lol). Even Advance Bravely had to cut off before it got too much because the Advance Bravely book had A LOT more in it. They probably change so much it becomes completely different. I am so scared to watch it. Hopefully it is done well like The Untamed or Word of Honor where when you watch it you know they are together. You can’t mistake it. Hopefully.

So how are they gonna explain Gu Hai (Wu Bi) irritation at Bai LouYin (Su Yu)’s ex gf. Or how he got so jealous he R^p3d him? Or the fact that they RAN AWAY TOGETHER? Or BLY giving up his dreams of becoming a CEO of a company in order to become a military guy to please GH dad so GH could follow his dreams. Or when they met again years later only for GH to pretend to be getting married to someone and BLY getting jealous? Or them getting married??? Because the jealousy stuff would not make sense if they were simple step bros.

Also not really included but will they add the story behind GH mom’s death? Or will they cut it out? Just curious… or actually it is kind of connected because I feel like no one would go through what BLY went through to get the info for just anyone (in my opinion).

When I first heard they were remaking addicted I was really excited but now I’m kinda mad. How are they gonna make it a bromance? If they are following the book then HOW? Even if they follow the original series it won’t make sense. If you never read the book then pls ignore my reply to this.

Three things to know:
Firstly, let's get this out of the way first, Gio (or Zio according to the summary up above, or Ji Oh according to Viki summary) is dead. Aoi has his heart which is why she can see him. I called it in the beginning when she told her mom she can hear a trumpet because the mom's reply made it seem like she didn't hear a trumpet. I wasn't 100% sure, but my first thought was "I bet he is dead and she has his heart."

Secondly, Aoi doesn't die at the end. I thought she was going to die for a second there, but she didn't. Actually, I was kind of hoping she was going to die since I wanted her to be with Gio, but nope. Which leads to the third point...

She ends up with the guy she broke up with, but really didn't break up with. That part was kind of confusing to me.

I think those are all the main points of the ending..
