I am curious too. I'm watching it on Viki. In your opinion, which one has the better subs?
I've watched few scenes and viu subtitles brings out more emotions than Viki subs but Viu subs addressed Tegin Sun as Prince Sun lol. Viki subs sometimes confuses you as well, they just don't make sense at some places. But then again I've only watched few scenes.
One more thing, viu does not sub OSTs and I love those perfect lyrics coming at perfect time on my screen
I have also downloaded Viu subs just to see the difference lol, to see if my fav scenes have different subtitles. Some sentences are really better but rest is same. The one thing I disliked is that they( subtitles) are addressing people in foreign way like Sun Tegin becomes Prince Sun and that was very weird, Mobei becomes northern desert and so on. They aren't using “Liar liar pants on fire” though. They simply say whoever lies becomes a puppy. That pants on fire translation is so alien in this context.
Also A'Sun and Leo Wu, I need to buy a dictionary now to describe my love in words and the great job that you've done. Leo Wu has done such a perfect job. I cannot see anyone else as A'Sun. There's no space for anyone. And the person who has written A'Sun's character you are GOD!

How do they come up with those intelligent moves and gosh the conversations happening within those fights are intense. I'm a person who usually skip these things but here you'll miss so much!
Oh, a comment below gave me an idea lol. How do you imagine GeSun at the end if you had to write the scene of them being together at the end? Let your imaginations run wild!
