100% agree! In the U.S., actors use their own voices. It's an integral part of their acting. They're not hired if they can't speak well. That's part of the casting process. They use voice coaches to get rid of or add an accent.

I love Jeremy's sexy voice! From I've heard is that Jeremy used his own voice in Autumn Ballad & received criticism for his enunciation & since them has gone back to using a voice actor. Since it's not a dialect issue, I would think they can hire a voice coach to fix his enunciation.

I remember that line too. In the book, it says the Yueluo clans have beautiful men & women that are offered to the palace as catamites & concubines & musician/dancers. Besides Yu Lian, ML's sister was at the palace as a dancer who became a concubine to the Emperor & finds her brother our ML in episode 7 flashback.
