I found this link but the player is not the best. You can play and pause, probably scrub but there’s no rewind or fast forward options.

Fr! It was very weird for me ... how could you confess your 10-year old feelings just like that after some time…
I think you’ll like it. It wasn’t dragged out or overly complicated. It touched on each of them individually at some points so each of their characters’ stories were more detailed.
The hardest part for me personally was how childish the female lead was in the beginning but I think the biggest reason was that she was surrounded by males mostly and she got better as she got older, still childish but likeable.
The male lead’s mother was infuriating, I wanted to reach through the screen and strangle her.
I skipped it quite a few times as well because of the amount of episodes but ended up watching it during lockdown in 2022.
It was one of my all time favorites, along with Hidden Love, and When I Fly Towards You.

If you haven’t watched Go Ahead, you should give it a try.
Each version has its own charm, the advantage of the Chinese version is that it was longer, so it was some what more realistic. It was more family oriented than romantic but still enjoyable.
Jian Jian (FL) had a boyfriend and Ling Xiao (ML) was jealous, so when they first met back up after growing up, he didn’t confess right away.
He waited until they regained the closeness they had when they were younger.
The Korean version is going good for me but I guess because I have an idea of what’s going to happen and also don’t expect it to be the same; because it’s shorter and more Korean-ish (not sure how else to describe it).
So for example how you guys are saying it’s weird that he confessed so fast, I totally agree, but in the Chinese version,
Ling Xiao becomes a dentist because Jian Jian was always afraid of the dentist as a child and suffered with cavities.
So when you realized why Ling Xiao became a dentist, it helped the viewers to understand how much he really loved her.

Exactly what happened in their childhood when sanha's sister died? And why his mother accused sanha for that?
You’re right. Their mom left them alone, but she locked them inside with no way for them to get out, to go and play mahjong.
He fed his sister walnuts and she choked on one and died.
His mom put the blame on him when it’s not his fault at all.
She is the adult that chose to leave her under aged children at home with no way to escape in case anything happened.
His mother was awful, she blamed him and made him feel guilty for something that was entirely her own fault.
If there was a fire or anything similarly dangerous, both him and his sister would have died and she would have no one to blame but her, but because of the kind of character she has she probably would have found a way to put the blame on someone else.
The mom in the Chinese drama was so horrible to her son that he suffered from depression and trauma and nightmares about her.
