I think it isn't boring try to continue and also relax after episode 4 you'll start to love it.
The story is ok.. Just that every C-drama using the same plot of "not telling the one you love of your problem" and using the excuse of protecting him/her" that ticks me off. Also the kissing scene is always slow and then interrupted is another common plot in every C-drama.
I hope C-drama writers can change their standard plot of "not telling or sharing your problem" but instead either "break off or say something to hurt you to push you away". It is so typical like a standard text book. Can't these writers grow up and stop using this stale plot? This seems to a standard style... Boring and lack creativity.
Another typically poorly written Chinese drama...34 episodes is a complete bl@@dy waste of time....The plot just portray Jinyan as a complete idiot....the title of the drama should change to The Idiocracy of Jinyan...Looks like the quality of Chinese drama is just getting worst by the year....
The ending is just ridiculous.....Stop at ep 22 as after that it doesn't make any sense at all. At very lame way to conclude the story. The writer must just ran out of idea.
One thing I hate about Chinese drama is that they like to turn 180 degrees as they like.. even if it it contradicting, merely to get the story going... then they like to reuse the plots over and over again... just like a textbook Chinese writers need to.... it usually starts to get ridiculous when the end of the series is near, where they rush through without any commonsense....
I am not sure how I continue to watch the drama. Nothing much in it. Lack of plot. The most annoying is the loud background music. At times you can't even hear the conversation well due to loud background music. Worst is that the background music was played at any slight opportunity.... Really annoying!!!!
As usual.. it is draggy... very frustrating and illogical... Why Guo Guo needs to be so scare of he sister, which in fact her sister has to more to be scared of her instead as she has more secrets to hide... The usual predictability of Chinese drama is so obvious as if all writers use the same textbooks...? ? ?
too draggy.... one main contradiction is that if those aliens in Li kingdom is all so powerful, why it still need an army and trickery to get the stone. He can just get it from Nie Wu Shuang easily...the plot is just bad...after watching quite a number of Chinese dramas, looks like all writers and directors use the same textbooks...
Too draggy... repeat and repeat similar scenes over and over again. Started to get boring after watching Ep10 and find it difficult to move on. The comedy has too many childish actions similar to Jim Carrey silliness.
Very boring. Very simple plot but kept dragging on. Many u necessary scenes. Not sure why it dragged for 47 episodes. It could have completed by 30 episodes if all those rubbish were removed.
I don't mind the historical inaccuracies since this is historical friction but the inaccuracies in warfare is just ridiculous. Ming was known for its cannon and the muskets used were all wrong. The battle scenes where Ming soldiers were stationed outside the wall is ridiculous. What is the point of having a city wall where soldiers do not use it as protection. Looks like this director is uneducated or just plain ignorant.
After the first quarter there are lots of unnecessary events that are added just to drag this drama into 74 episodes. Starts to get irritating after episode 25 onwards.
