To say it was an emotional rollercoaster is putting it mildly. I cried multiple times and, like you, my heart…
Seriously there needs to be a campaign to get the Korean version to find people actually looking to date and not just pretty faces on TV. Also the Chinese version is so much better at picking people for the show who are actually compatible. It's so great to watch.
In the reaction videos of the final couples, while watching every confession, Zeng zeng felt that his confession…
I loved this season too. I cried so much during Momo's confession and like you I never cry. She really cared for him and he was too afraid to try and see if he had feelings for her. It's like he made a quick judgement that she was too young and never changed his mind. Like when Luke talked with Sun about whether or not he can try to open up to her. He said "she doesn't really have any dating experience." and Sun replied"that can be nurtured can't it?" I can understand if he doesn't like her, you can't make someone like someone else. But he never even opened up enough to her to see if he had feelings for her. I also loved Zeng Zeng's confession. It felt it was personal. I was rooting for him because he seemed like the better match for her. He saw the real her, and the beauty inside of her. The music box was so touching. I hope they can stay happy together.
I might be the only one but I was super frustrated with Bo Hyun's Ex Ho Min. He came across as selfish to me. I did not like how he treated her. And I do not feel his feelings were genuine that he expressed in Jeju. He was shocked to see how close Bo Hyun and Min Jae were. It's like where have you been dude, you all live in the same house and you had no idea? I think his actions were more about competing with Min Jae than really having feelings for her again. And seeing Bo Hyun cry so much and ask him, "why now, why?" I felt so bad for her. It seemed to me like he was being manipulative. He said "I will be good to you, but I can't do what Min Jae does". Really? After all you put her through, the least you can do is shower her with compliments and take an interest in the things she likes. I found it interesting that Min Jae who knew her for only a few weeks knew more about the things she likes and acted on it more then the man she had been dating for 3.5 years. Like you didn't know she likes Camomile tea? It seemed like he just started copying Min Jae and what he did rather than making an effort to come up with his own little sweet things to do. Even though she didn't date Min Jae after the show I'm glad she was able to see what's important to her and build more self confidence.
If Japan want's to compete with Korea in the Drama world they need to feed those actors some more food to put some meat on their bones. Next stick them in a gym for a few months. And then give the lead couple some acting lessons. Then maybe the dramas will be better.
