Introducing death trope is one dimensional writting. Those scenes will devour the fans like no other but thats the always the case in Kdramas whenever a main character is morally grey in Kdrama. The answer is death rather a redemption arc. Even fans want all the main character to be perfect from Episode 01. Guess there is no thing called character arc in Kdrama universe

Did I enjoy the ending of Ep6? Yes.
Did I enjoy ra mi ran acting ? Yes

But the writting should have been different instead of cheap way out with death to gain sympathy!!! Kdrama writting needs to evolve. Even if its fiction it shouldnt be black and white
