This drama is not one of my favorites but still very enjoyable. Part of the plot could have been presented in a more clear manner and the CGI could also have been at a higher standard (I keep thinking of that eelworm... lol!). This drama is funny, fluffy and fresh. Considering I have recently been struggling to find a drama which interests me within the first few episodes, i was delighted to find this! Most of the cast I've seen in other dramas and i hope to see them more in the future.
I'm glad that someone is watching it! Usually people will not about the drama or will only watch the Japanese remakes of it because they not wanna watch something old but the Japanese remakes are definitely no way near as good as this one.
During the filming of the series, Barbie and Vic were actually dating! Not anymore though but they have named each other for being their 'crazy' love :)
They had met through starring in a drama called meteor garden (yes, there is a Chinese remake currently airing) I suggest you watch the original Taiwanese version because Barbie and Vic play a different type of role in it, especially Vic!
I first saw meteor garden when I was 5 and researched it while growing up, it's one of my all time faves aswell as mars which I first saw when I was 13 :)
I've watched the original Taiwanese drama and loved it, but watching this I was disappointed as it didn't include some crucial parts of the plot which makes Mars captivating and dramatic :( But also the Taiwanese drama was more emotional and there was more chemistry between the main leads, I think barbie and vic ( actors which play the main leads) were dating during the shooting of mars! And I love them as they also started in meteor garden (hana yori dango Taiwanese drama) together!!!

Yess I loved it! And the original Taiwanese drama covers more of the story and I think it's more intense! I prefer the Taiwanese drama to this Japanese adaptation as there us more chemistry between the main leads as they started tiger in a different series prior to mars :)'also I think they were dating in real life during this time too
