where the hell am o supposed to watch it? it’s not on my Netflix nor in gmmtv youtube
I am watching it on Gagaoolala and it says free on the first episode, but you'd probably have to pay later to finish it. I have an annual paid membership and it is worth it for all the dramas I can watch. If all else fails, there's always Dramacool that's free, but with pop up ads. Also, if you go to World of BL and click on the title in the list, it will link you to the episodes that are free on legit sites. It's my go to for BLs because they even put a calendar showing all episodes, start dates, sites, and finale dates, plus upcoming and past series.
Hmmm....neither show has blood relatives in a relationship. Not incest. This show actually has two boys who didn't even meet intil they were in grade 12. They aren't brothers. Neither were Wei Qian and Wei Zhi Yuan related. Incest requires a blood relationship, or the actual definition being "sexual intercourse between persons so closely related that they are forbidden by law to marry". None of these characters are blood relatives and same sex marriage is legal in Taiwan.
I have seen so many comments on other platforms saying this series is boring, but I think it is just right so far. The emotions of these kids is conveyed so well. It isn't just a slow burn, but the one step forward and two steps back reality of two kids navigating a situation they were both thrown into. They have such clashing personalities, but deeply care for each other without being able to express it well. There is enough action and suspense in each episode to keep me engaged and interested.
Definitely not worth the regular membership fee. It gets you nothing extra. If you are that invested in Suki Films,…
True! Nothing against those who want to pay more for those extended scenes, but annually it would cost me more than Gagaoolala, and I get a lot for my buck.
I love these mini series Sukfilm produces. Worth the membership fee for me to watch the extended and uncut versions.…
Definitely not worth the regular membership fee. It gets you nothing extra. If you are that invested in Suki Films, you have to get the Supreme Level membership.
Though I appreciate that these small production companies need to make money, I tried paying for a "membership" to Suki films to see the uncut material, but got no extra "cut scenes" at the regular membership price. I cancelled right away. You have to be a "Supreme" member to get the uncut scenes, I guess. I already pay for several streaming platforms, so it is not worth it. I will just wait for the "regular" version.

I am trying to be objective and not look at this as a "remake". I actually like it. I know the basic storyline from the original Addicted, but I think August, being a seasoned actor, is doing a great job, and Mac, being a new actor is doing alright too. Both Addicted and Stay with me were adaptations of a novel, so this should be seen that way too. At least with this being a Thai adaptation, we will likely get to see a finale.
I just realized that the average age of the actors playing teenagers is about 30 years old! I got curious because seeing An Jun Peng as the high school bully when I know he is over 30.
Is this going to be my another Mama Gogo or The Warp Effect kinda show? I hope so 🥹
I really liked Warp Effect because they everyone represented with BL, GL, and hetero. The discription for this says "bromance", so it might not be as hot as Warp Effect.
The tension between the MLs is so thick you could cut it with a knife. I absolutely love this series so far. It does give vibes of other school age BL series, like Addicted, Stand by Me, A Breeze of Love, and Jazz for Two (without the music). I really like their chemistry and am a sucker for enemies to lovers tropes.
I think I will take a hard pass on this version as there are too many 14-16 year old actors. I love the original series, but have now moved on to more mature BL series with adult actors and themes. I'm happy for these new actors that get to debut.
