The age gap in the drama is around 27 years, so it’s going to be hard to hide that visually. They can’t really make her look much younger or him much older, so the difference will likely be noticeable. For some viewers, that might make certain romantic scenes, like kissing, feel a bit uncomfortable. That said, I think what matters most is the chemistry and how believable the relationship feels. If the acting and storytelling are strong, many people will be able to look past the age gap. I’m still really looking forward to it.
I will watch for Kim Hee Ae for sure. But her characters (strong, intelligent, intense) started to feel quite similar after “The world of the married”, so I hope she can show more variety in her acting compared to her previous projects(Queenmaker, The whirlwind, A Normal Family). In particular, she should try to change how she expresses emotions like crying or being surprised, since many people have pointed out that her characters often feel the same and exaggerated.
In 2020, although “TWOTM” was popular I didn’t watch because of her. I thought she was old 😂 and kinda not attractive to me at all. But in 2025 on TikTok, I found some shorts and want to know what will happen next and watch it. Omg, I was totally attracted by Kim Hee Ae in that drama. I tried to watch all her earlier projects from 2000 to now😂. She was such a versatile and talented actress that I regreted not watching her projects earlier. I watched all her interviews, variety shows, dramas, movies, everything. I am totally into her acting, her personality and the way she speaks, especially after watching “Noonas over Flowers”. But after “TWOTM”, her characters (intelligent, sharp, strong)became somewhat the same although the storylines are of course different. I want to see her in more different characters (soft, sweet, lovely, motherhood) somewhat like those. I am currently waiting for her show “Bonjour Bakery”and the drama “ Gold Digger” k remake. Anyway, once I didn’t like her at all, but now falling for her deeply and becoming a hardcore fan of her for about six months😂. Hope she will get more success and more “Daesang Awards”🤍
The drama that makes me a fan of Kim Hee Ae. Once it was released in 2020, it was popular but I didn’t watch because I feel like the lead actress Kim Hee Ae is old and thought it would be similar to most affair dramas. But in 2025, I saw some trailers on TikTok and makes me curious what will happen next and find and watch the drama. Now, I understand why it was a hit and I can’t help respecting Kim Hee Ae acting and I became a fan of her since then. I found and watched all her dramas from 2000 to now 😂. She was truly a versatile actress and portrayed many different characters well. Anyway, this drama is worth watching, u can feel the love hate relationship and many divorced couples are like that in reality. The casts can portray very well the emotions and the traumas, Park Hae Joon and Kim Hee Ae chemistry was 🔥 I love it so much.
