I really enjoyed this show. I really enjoyed the performances of the three leads ( who each get to play multiple variations on their character) , the lovely visuals and all the times I wondered who was good or evil. it is quite a simple story in the end - not a complicated plot but a story that I found interesting the whole way through. Recommended if you like fantasy romances.

the writing of Lovely Runner is so complex and nuanced. I am VERY impressed.

I was enjoying this until I got to episode 24. I can’t believe they drugged puppies just for filming an episode. That is so unethical and irresponsible. disappointed as always by C Drama treatment of animals.

I am totally loving this show. I love Ding Yu Xi’s range of expressions from ‘I’m a powerful Official’… to…’oops, I missed something’ …to… ‘I’m a teenager in love’. So sweet.

I’ve stopped at the second last episode - I really like this show- will watching the last episode make me happy or sad? please help me decide whether to watch it or not.

This show is so delightful. I haven’t seen a female lead like this in a c drama before. She’s modest, naive, filial but still so very determined. The way the three very different men all react to her becomes more and more believable as the story progresses. The bickering between Chen Tumi and Han Wu Wei is very entertaining, the court cases are full of twists and…. in the background…. a simmering mystery. Very well written! Judging from the other comments, I won’t like the end very much…I hope there is a season 2!

I loved the comedy in this drama. The situation with the three husbands was very entertaining. I also liked the side characters and the twin’s dad ended up bringing a lot of warmth and emotion to the story. The two couples actually worked great together! I wish the Emperor had been punished properly and what happened to the Empress…. ???? recommended!
