I would recommend
Torranee Ni Nee Krai Krong - This one is also set on a farm, but instead of the male being the one to cause trouble, the female is the one to cause trouble.
Neung Nai Suang (2015) - This one is set in a historical time period.
Duang Jai Akkanee. - his one is also set on a farm. Female lead and male lead like to bicker with each other because they farms are next to each other and like to compete.

Two lakorn I would recommend but is not similar to this one is
Bpoop Phaeh Saniwaat - It is very cute and light-hearted.
My Husband In Law - This is played by Mark. It is also very cute and light-hearted.

I just watch episode 7 and the reporter got on my nerves so much. Also, I just wanted to vent on how thick-faced Nim is, she goes to Aim begging for attention and help, and she is not even Aim younger sister. Turns out Nim mom cheated on Aim dad and had Nim. Aim parents felt bad and took care of her.

To my knowledge (I don't remember all the details because its been years since I watched all 4 of them) CONTAINS SPOILERS
Thara Himalai - I remember them doing it. She was in consent, but was sad because she lost her virginity before they got married.
Duang Jai Akkanee - They both get drunk and put in the same room. They both misunderstood and thought they did it. ( This one is my favorite out of the 4)
Patapee Reh Ruk- I don't think there was any type of rapey or sexual stuff in this at all.
Wayupak Montra- This one too. Same as Patapee Leh Ruk
I am the most iffy on Thara Himalai. But if you do decide to watch it, and come upon these scenes I apologize beforehand. For future reference, lakorns from Ch 3 tend to not have these scenes. Most likely any lakorn that is marked as melodrama and revenge have these scenes.

I can tell you right now that most ch 3 dramas don't have rapes scenes especially if they are rated for 13 and up. Also out of the 15- 25 dramas ch3 produce in a year around 1-5 of them have a rape or sex scenes. Most of the dramas that air are usually targeted for family view. Most importantly I been watching lakorn since I was like 2 and only encounter like 5 rape scenes in like 50 lakorns. So what I am trying to say is that rape is not everywhere, it is only in the lakorns that is targeted for older people and that the usual main theme of that lakorn is some type of revenge based drama. Here is a tip: rape scene dramas are mostly found in ch7 whereas ch3 is where the nang'ek and pra'ek get into a situation where the female side think that the male rape them but actually nothing happen and they are just pasted out next to each other.
