For a moment I thought the actor playing Beam also played James in "Call it What You Want." Turns out they are two different people. They look very similar, though. Related, maybe?

Hey! The ending is not bad. It is good, but bittersweet (if you see it from the perspective of a LGBTQ+ person). It's hard to explain because that will be getting into spoilers and I didn't want to ruin it for those who haven't seen it, but it definitely was NOT a tragic ending.

Tar's and Tum's relationship is further explained in Love by Chance, I assume you haven't watched it yet.
Oh, I feel so dumb for not realizing it earlier! I knew in the back of my head that something about those two and their house felt very familiar, but couldn’t make the connection. I have watched so many of these dramas this year that a lot of things are kind of mixed together, and it didn’t help that they were different actors.
Thanks for pointing it out, though. I’m less concerned by their relationship now that I know they are step brothers.

16 episodes?! Oh, honey! Love Mechanics was the best story out of the three in terms of acting and writing so I am looking forward to it.
