I think this is hands down the worst drama of this trope/season.
The number of sheer stupidity, fake faces, greed, not logical plot is making it all the worse. Has Netflix took every good idea or what?! What the heck? I'd really like to know who injected him So I'll probably just skip till the ending cause my heart won't be able to take this BS through the whole series.
I have nothing against the theme since there's noone killing the rest of them (yet?). But the fact alone how poorly this plot is written is simply a waste of the time.
drama: unnecessary slow-mo fight with CG, loud rowdy music to show 'bad-ass action' me: turns the volume down and prays for swift end cause secondhand embarrassment kills
1. The FTA negotiations were realistic and not particularly anti-American. It's other elements that were definitely…
It would be nice if they added the quotes from the Korean Constitusion during this whole ordeal. They should know by now that not only Koreans are watching Korean dramas. I watched the 2nd episode and I'm disappointed that it's a complete rip off. No new ideas and "Hannah Wells" is just... no comment. Please. The bombs build in the columns of the Blue House is soooo far reached as well. Dammit. It's not the US. They are easier ways to put North Korea at fault. But back to the President. If, and I'm saying IF they will not later put him through the Constitutional Court for being a fake President and cancelling EVERY act, order etc. he signed during his "60" days of Presidency, I'll flip the house. He raised the level of DEFCON, he ordered to attack the North Korea, for God's sake. While not being sworn in as an Acting President. I get the law of continuous Presidency, but this is too big to just ignore. Besides they have the Presidential Palace that they organised the press conference. They can do it here too. But I'm lost for words. I'm curious what Koreans think of this drama. As a person who studied International Relations and Politics with Law this was the giant red flag that can't be ignored. Besides that Chief of Staff is rich. A guy who struggles with his health is barking at the "President" for being too naive and that he just had luck with this submarine, but it was his fault too for neglecting his health resulting in not being able to tell the "President" that he was actually right. Wow, this pisses me off
1. Can 't see really any anti-American stuff. I think you got into this too deep. If the FTA allowed 50,000 cars because of the lowered exhaust emission, they would have to do the same with Japan and China which uppers the count. 2. Why the check they didn't sworn him in?!?!?!??!??!?!?!?! They gave him a new order to sign, but I did not see any declarations. Even if they confirmed the death of the President and the whole Cabinet, giving him the order to sign is illegal, because he needs to be sworn in before any act. (Unless it's Korean law, idk I haven't studied it). Even in the US version he needed to be sworn in before giving any orders. In Poland when the President died in a plane crush, they had to sworn in the next in line. You made the scene so long and even filmed him, but still nothing? what a BS 3. Actually, I really thought it'll be much worse. I'm a fan of the US version and I was hesitant, but I'm also on the 1st episode so I can't tell much yet.
If it were an American drama, 1000% Cha Hyeon and Ga Gayoung would be sleeping together in high school. The air between them is no joke in the flashbacks
Ok forget the elevator, if a man like that enter in my office and the desk is clear I will definitely not offer…
Am I the only one who would go down the stairs and not wait for the elevator? She would be waiting for him near his car, but he wouldn't be coming anytime soon xDDDD That would be awkward...
I completely agree with you! As someone who has watched dramas for about 10 years too (if not more), I feel like…
Right? But I still doubt this will be a wallbreaker so to speak, since all national television is so driven on silly romcoms and bad deeds that only conglomarets dare to do. Still it's good that we get some fresh air to this stale house. We can only hope for more and not too much at one time cause we will all dry of boredom too soon.
it's darn good. We can all applaud tvN for letting this script made into drama. I think it's been made for the first time ever and it's fresh and as someone who's been waching dramas for 10 years already, I've become bored since the last few years with plot and set ups but this? This is good. Let this title be a leader to the new canon and let's hope they won't screw this over.
I don't know how many times people needs to write this over and over again, but streaming sites NEVER translate…
so they can upload it on the site. literally on overy drama page someone asks them for subs and faster release and someone has to say that they don't translate anything just take it sometimes without permission. there are people on lj or groups that sub. be patient
I don't know how many times people needs to write this over and over again, but streaming sites NEVER translate dramas! Educate yourself before writing such nonsense
I don't really know if it's just me or not or am I getting old watching the dramas or something, but the episodes 5,6 were the last I watched from this series. I mean, it's getting riddiculous not plot-wise but this little tiny titbits that are getting on my nerves. Like the acceptance letter, her dinner and suddenly her detective like feels. I know it's supposed to be light and funny cause it's spring here and we are on a public television but come oooon! This show got me so embarrased and I felt stupid and cringy watching this. So many things are not ok and we are in 2019 and the same thing is going. There's no creativity or a blink of inteligence.
Acting is sooooo bad here. At least they didn't get some cute, shounen as a lead and they put on some thoughts into this but I'm not sure whether it was a mangaka-sensei's idea to put a humor in there was well. I mean it's funny manga wise and it would hold there in drama if it was executed properly, but it was sooo forced and soo unnatural, I can't bear to watch this. You can see that this spoiled rich heir is Japanese cause he can't get into the emotions so he's exaggerating too much to prove a point.
But srsly, does anyone have an idea about this body? I mean, the hospital send one so she won't die on them and ruin the statistics (without any patiens info - she's totally Jane Doe), then she disappears and when found she is different?! (or those lips and misleading???) and the new director is coming to the theatre and tells them to get out???
