& I noticed something I did not first time around.
Anybody else, notice... when Win walks back out pant-less...

Yes, the 'seeing visions' thang is common.
It's all the other details that make the similarity a lil' sus.
Too Many things same to list even.
I enjoyed both. Head 2 Head was more stressful though LOL.

I came in here to see if both were maybe adapted from the same novel(s), but neither say so. There are just too many coincidences though.

Has anyone else noticed,
that "Head 2 Head" (2025) is the same plot as "I Saw You In My Dream"
Both have the Lead having visions of childhood-to-adult friend who picks on him.
Visions of harm & intimacy. Visions he sketches to study... etc
These 2 Dramas are same premise, right down to the 2nd Couple's scenario.
