Why do they keep making stupid stories like that? What's wrong with those writers? Do they really think poeple would love those messed-up storylines???
He did not leave his family... his family left him. This all happened due to little miss understanding and his…
Exactly. He didn't leave his family but his family left him. And he didn't hold grudges for that but he came back to his family when he finally succeded.
Exactly my thoughts! Network TV J-dramas still use the same camera equipment and visual styles from 20 years ago…
The big problem of Japan when it comes to their production budget is the lack of support from their government. Unlike the Korean Hallyu Wave which is a government plan, japanese entertainment don't have that but they do their best to produce content with a small budget. And sometimes it works (Kenshin, Godzilla Minus One, ...).

It's part of their "Sakoku / 鎖国" culture. In fact they don't care about the International Market and Audience. They aren't competing with their East Asian neighbors so they don't really care about what we think about their productions. They are producing contents for their people only. But of course many producers and actors / actresses / singers don't think that way. There's a big change occuring in the japanese entertainment today as they are starting to create global music groups that are competing against the korean giants so I think there will be changes in the near future.

they are using hi-end equipment and cameras for their TV dramas but they don't use the Cinema Grading and Motion in their post productions. Japanese audience are known to be very sensitive to changes so they keep doing everything oldschool. It's not they can't or they don't have the budget for it, they just don't want to change...
The first movie was boring (it should've been good) but this one is more stupid... Even Han Hyo Joo's acting was cringe (I really love her BTW). Them replacing a lot of characters with different actors was also very stupid...
I really loved this drama. It was light but really enjoyable. From a dude who had watched Jdramas and Kdramas for almost 20 years I've become tired of today's dramas and this one has the same aura as the old Jdramas I used to watch many years ago. From my biggest surprise the only bad character of the drama was the ex-lover but she didn't stay too long on-screen. I really thought Woo Joo and Ha Young would turn out to be ennemies but they became very close later, same for Ki Baek and Jung Heon and even Ki Baek and PN. What I really loved about this drama is the ability of the characters to adopt and love another person's kid. Of course it was a bit boring sometimes but overall I really loved this drama. (Tired of the Lee Min Hos and the Glory / Penthouse, Makjang dramas).
I'm not gonna mark it as a spoiler as I'm not gonna spoil it entirely but if you don't want to know anything about the plotline I suggest you not to read this comment. I don't know but I feel like the producers want the viewers to sympathise with those bullies (and it's very disturbing knowing their background and their behavior towards the poor students and the victims). It's like making a drama about the Burning Sun scandal and romanticizing the perpetrators of the crimes commited during this event. I really liked Jae I at first but I started to hope Kang Ha punishes them all including her because she supports the villains despite the bad things they did to the victims especially Kang Ha's brother. I can understand she loves Ri An but how can you love someone like that? He's so selfish and self-centered. He only cares about his feelings and he acts like Jae I is his possession. He's a complete narcissistic pervert who has zero emotions for the others. As for Kang Ha, despite what happened to his brother, he fell in love with Jae I (I can understand that) and can't help but to be soft with her. It's like he forgot she's also the reason why his brother died. In the end I feel like the storyline is realist as it can happen in real life and it shows how society works in Korea.
I won the 19th Japanese Speech Contest in 2008 by bringing the story of Hachiko to the audience and back then no one knew about it. The japanese judges were impressed because they thought no one knew about this story. :)
They haven't even finished the anime...I love these series, but Japanase live adaptations are notoriously cheesy…
you need to live with japanese people for a month to be able to understand their behavior. This movie is very good and not cheesy at all. Japanese people behave this way IRL. It's not a bad acting or something. It's just normal japanese behavior. That why japanese audience and japanese movie / drama fans hate hollywood movies with fake japanese actors because they can sense them by their behavior.
I really wanted to like this drama a lot (I know it's weird!) but I can't stand the other characters especialy…
and the male lead who's betraying her all the time in the end misses her but we don't really know what's in his head is making me frustrated! If they renew the Drama for a second season they should make the main lead evolve because he's soooo stupid!
I really wanted to like this drama a lot (I know it's weird!) but I can't stand the other characters especialy the main lead and his best friend. They're so stupid oh my god! The Tanuki dude is the most annoying for me. Why is he so negative??? And they all blame Izzy but she's the victim in the story! All those things happened because humans killed her mom! I was really sad for her during all the entire drama as they all consider her as a monster but she's the one who made the most efforts to integrate with the humans...

I'm going to watch this especially for her!

Why isn't it on her movielist?

I love her acting. :)
And the fight scenes were bad.
I've stopped half way unfortunately...

How can you not fall in love with this pretty girl?
She has one of the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen.

Many people can relate to it.
