Idk, I think for me the process of her ‘death’ was kind of too extended as it was. It would have been too long. Plus, I love how DFQC couldn’t say a thing to her. He was soo emotionally damaged that he couldn’t apologize or say that he loved her, and I think that is partially what makes the dream sequence so emotional for me. He couldn’t let her go because at the last moment he didn’t even say that he lied and he loved her all along.

Agreed. I also think that his ‘sacrifice’ was not her death but rather the ‘death’ of their relationship. Because if they succeeded in taking off the bracelet it would mean that she was hurt enough to not love him anymore.

Agree, the battle scene wasn’t that epic, and yet I didn’t mind it 🙈 I was there for DFQC and XLH’ heartbreaking relationship 😭

At first I thought that it was just his projection of her, like his own mind. But now that you said about her primordial spirit, it makes more sense 👍

I was also confused about this, but I think DFQC didn’t know/approve of the sacrifice, and thought the XF would take of the bracelet instead of giving her the sword.

I think CH will make sure that XLH and DFQC get their happy ending. I feel like the Arbiter gave us a hint, when she said that Danyin and DFQC could see the second marriage because they could make it happen, and left unsaid was the part that CH can make it NOT happen. Idk, does that make sense? I also think that CH will realise that this XLH is not who he fell in love with, and that DFQC can bring the Orchid back to who she was, so CH will help him. 💔 thinking like this my heart breaks for CH too

Me too!!! I can usually hold myself back if I know that happy end is coming later on, but ep 31 was heart wrenching 😭

I cried my eyes out yesterday after watching ep 31-32, even though I was preparing myself for all of this I just couldn’t help myself with all the sweet scenes in the dream Arbiter hall. 😭😭😭😭 And to make things worse MDL was acting up and I couldn’t see the comment section, so I couldn’t even read what you guys wrote here 😩 Why is this show so gooood? I can’t watch anything else in the meantime 😭

I feel like it’s the matter of labeling. In this particular drama I have yet to see the Moon tribe to act like really bad guys. It seems like even in the past they were either framed for something bad or were provoked somehow. If you disregard the labels such as demons and immortals, then the Moon tribe seems like the good guys to me. 🙈
