Can anyone spoil the manga for me please, especially the dark elements.
I just read the manga. I'll just add to what hine shared. Mishima and Kirino became friends who shared their pandora box with each other. There wasn't really a romantic vibe between them. Just friends who share secrets. Kirino actually noticed that Yumeno had a thing for Mishima. Yumeno took some time to accept his feelings towards Mishima. There were a lot of rumors amongst the villagers. They were gossiping about Kirino and Yumeno fighting each other because of Mishima. They also said that Mishima was two-timing them. Because of the rumors, their parents found out. Good thing for Mishima, his mom already knew and accepted him as he is. Unfortunately for Kirino, his mom told him hurtful words. Kirino really loves his mom so he decided to just hide who he truly is and live a "normal" life. Kirino invited Mishima to join him to Shangrila (They called Thailand this. For them, it is a place they can be themselves.) I interpreted this as Kirino bidding goodbye to his dream before committing to the life he chose. Unfortunately for them, they couldn't really go outside of the country so they opted for Tokyo. Sadly, Kirino's mom collapsed so he had to hurriedly go home. That was the last time Mishima and Kirino interacted. Yumeno on the other hand, was confused if he really liked Mishima. He came around after a year. (It was a time skip in the manga). Mishima and Yumeno got together and started living together in Tokyo.
I had fun typing this that I forgot you actually asked for the dark elements. Yanagida caught Mishima daydreaming again in his class so he ordered Mishima to see him after class for 100 spanks. Yaginida actually slapped Mishima's butt 100 times and got a boner. (Gross) Yumeno noticed something was off with Mishima. He was worried. The next day / following days, Yumeno together with the some members of the club saw the pedo acting kinda sus at the bike parking. It turned out, Mishima's tire got flatten. Kirino and Mishima got worried because Yaginida already left the school. They frantically searched for Mishima especially when they saw his abandoned bicycle. The r*pe was disgusting. P*netr*tion was prevented but of course it was traumatizing for Mishima. After that, Yaginida just disappeared. Yumeno accompanied Mishima home everyday after the incident. Then came his confession and confusion. Then, the rumors started.
oh these boys are gonna break my heart aren't they? This has tragic queer coming age written all over it already…
I actually just read the manga and my heart broke for Kirino at the end. 😠Mishima's (I don't know what to call it djjdkd) bad (an understatement) experience was also hurtful. I hope they tone it down here in the adaptation. Mishima's ending was good tho. I loved it.
Question: Bok Gwi Joo was able to come back and ask da hae to not go on the trip and there'll be an accident.…
Da Hae hoped that Gwi Ju would realize that going back won't change the outcome which will cause him to be depressed and unable to go back to the past.
Jae Won knows about her husband's brother but dismissed it. Is the brother proclaimed dead?
Also, if the brother is alive and dates Jae Won's friend, how does he have access to the code enabling house entry? Did the husband give the code? I do think the brother's alive because if the husband and the one, who put the white envelope on the drawer, are one and the same, there's no need to sneak around because there will be plenty of chances for the husband to put the envelope.
Why doesn't the friend tell Jae Won about her boyfriend? Is the friend manipulated into this or is she actively helping the brother?
There are just a lot of questions -the brother, the stalker, and the death of Jae Won's mom.
For now, I really could not stand watching this in 1x speed. Is it the story telling? The pacing? Maybe it's because most of the narrative comes from Jae Won's perspective? I don't know but I'll continue watching.
Did they just killed my fav jisu without showing anything? bloody hell.
I highly recommend reading the Webtoon, if you haven't already. I personally think the writers didn't give her enough screen time that makes her shine in Season 1. I don't think I'll watch Season 2.
I can't believe Ji su died, like isn't she supposed to be the main female lead in the drama. WHAT!!!
What the? I didn't like season 1 that much because of her lack of screen time and this happens in Season 2? Noooooo I love the Webtoon so much. Why did they do this? OTL
I don't know for others but for me, Wu Bi x Su Yu is canon in this series. Although there are no lines pertaining to them dating, their other lines do it for me. For one, Wu Bi declared that Su Yu is his. Another is Su Yu confirming his true feelings when he rejected that annoying girl (I forgot her name).
(I suddenly remembered Touya and Yukito from Cardcaptor Sakura haha. TouYuki was canon and I didn't realize this when I was younger. Only when I re-watched did I finally see this ship.)
To those contemplating to watch this or not, try watching it yourself before you judge it. I'm a sucker for the slice of life genre and this just hit the spot. Maybe you'll like it, maybe you won't but I really hope you do. I found happiness and comfort in watching this so I hope you do too.

Then, the confession came. xD
Why else would he ask Sekyung to join him in a mixer unless he wants to two-time her. XD

I am waiting for it to be available to read online with English translations.
Can't wait to read the webtoon to experience the fluffiness again. huehue
