I think there was a lot that happened in one year before Hyun Jae went missing and it included his scandal with Bo Hee during that time. I'm pretty sure Hyun Jae is Ji Hoon's dad and they might be hinting at possible romance with Woo Seung but after watching episode 9 & 10, I don't think so they are going to take it further than the way they already are. Actually what you mentioned has me in confusion too. If Dong Soo knew Woo Jin then how come he can't recognize Joo Hyuk as Woo Jin? But its also possible that Dong Soo doesn't have his memories either like Joo Hyuk.
And about Woo Jin's idea about the ideal world. It does makes sense but we can't be sure about it either. It was just his idea. Maybe there was someone else who carried it out? We are only down with 2 episodes, I would like to wait a little to think over this point :)

His forgotten memories were resurfacing like that murderer girl and it could be something to do with the Grand New Earth and the chips. Also, his identity is fake so there is this thing too which can mean that he really is Woo Jin because we still don't know his real identity. The thing that bothers me about this is the age thing - I mean if Joo Hyuk really is Woo Jin then he has to be someone around 39 or 40. Joo Hyuk doesn't look the part but my friend mentioned that the actor is 38 so it shouldn't be a problem.
Then there is this rubix cube thing and holding Dong Soo with eyelids? Joo Hyuk and Woo Jin have this in common too.
