It's so good! Like I don't know what I expected but I didn't expect for the acting to be so phenomenal and the feelings so raw and heartwrenching. The actors did a great job, the story by far is so intriguing and I'm so anxious to know how its all gonna unfold. So so so excited for the next episode and the soundtrack just brings the scenes together so perfectly. Literally so glad I decided to try this one out otherwise I would've missed out on another masterpiece. The only thing I will say is that I can't see this having a happy ending but I really hope that it gets a happy ending and if not happy than an open ending because I'm sorry but if these 2 boys do not get eternal happiness I will flip!
I don't know how to continue watching this with all that has happened in this episode. I was busy so I skipped the last two episodes but then I saw a spoiler and raced right back to finish watching and just WOW and WTF! So first, Tawan is working with Vegas which I should have expected but wasn't fully sure about. 2nd, they KILLED big when he is literally one of my favorites, I mean not big, I just wanna cry I mean I loved Big so much and he was so amazing. 3rd, how could KEN do that?! I know many of you suspected it but I didn't, I genuinely thought he was an asshole but that was just his nature, I didn't think he was an actual asshole, safe to say he deserved what he got but I was still so shocked and FLABBERGASTED at everything that happened. Last of all, my man PETE really delivered with those expressions when getting tortured and damn I can't wait to see what Vegas has in store for him and I know they've got a sado/maso thing going on but I hope Pete gets out of here. And as for Kinn and Porsche, not even a scene of mourning for Big, not even one look in his direction after all of this. Forgetting about Pete as if he wasn't the one who helped Porsche and was the only one actually livening up Porsche's life when he first came to the Big mansion. IT'S ALL SO FUCKED UP LIKE WUTTTT!
Obviously, Lee Joon Gi never disappoints and I have to say that no one fits this genre better than him. First, there was Lawless Lawyer which was a freaking masterpiece and now this. I wasn't planning on watching this but boy am I glad that I did. For anyone who's contemplating between watching it or not, there are multiple reasons, one being Lee Joon Gi...just Lee Joong Gi is a masterpiece in himself and the second is that if you love revenge like full-on non-stop taking down bad people over and over dramas then this is so for you. It's FREAKING AMAZING and I love it so much there are no words. Also, Lee Joon Gi is a masterpiece, I adore him and love him and how does this man still look not a day over 20, wow man he never disappoints. Can't get over how good it is. Can't stop gushing about it! XD
OMYGAWDDDDD! Not only did they choose one of the sweetest most heartwarming webtoons but it's also going to be made by the same company or team as Semantic Error. We all know that Semantic Error is a staple, the best of the best, it made splash waves and now they're going to make Love Tractor?! My heart, I can't handle it and I seriously can't wait! We're going to get Yechan and Ham!!!! In the countryside and Ahhhhhhh! So excited!
It's an effing drama and I get how what Gong Tae Sung can be seen as insensitive but he didn't actually do anything…
First of all, I never addressed the African issue here and honestly, I have nothing to say considering I'm not African and have no right to invalidate others who actually took offense to it. I went through the comment section and totally understand how the offense was taken. I have no right to invalidate your feeling about it. And although they were ignorant in portraying a generalised concept of the continent, it's done and gone for 2 episodes. It was only a small plot device and definitely not something that they used to promote hate or racism intentionally. I will continue to enjoy the drama as that's all I wanted to do. Didn't come to start a war, just wanted a nice talk about the drama, check some comments but damn. I'm not getting mixed up in this but good luck ya'll.
we're having an "issue" because the drama started off on a whole, "we're saving AFRICA (a continent) note with…
You have a point and I understand it perfectly but the problem I have is that most of the people taking offense to it aren't even from that region and seem to take everything to heart. Not everything needs to be turned into an issue of race, or country. This isn't the only issues that kdramas have, many other issues and brought up over and over and yes understandably it gets annoying and you grow tired of it because I'm from a country that has been mocked as well several time like this and I'm open to understanding and learning from a different perspective. But maybe I'm uneducated yet and I definitely still have a lot more to learn and see but I don't am unable to understand the exact issue with this. I'll learn with time maybe but for now I can't understand it. Thank you for the insight though :)
It's an effing drama and I get how what Gong Tae Sung can be seen as insensitive but he didn't actually do anything and it was just part of a skit, part of the acting, and the drama so I don't see why everyone has to be so critical when it makes no sense. I swear you all are just trying to find any issue with any drama to try and start shit. My personal opinion now, I FREAKING LOVE IT. Kim young dae is wow in it and Lee sung kyung is amazing with her portrayal and I'm in love with the acting and the comedy and the cast can't be any more perfect.
This one keeps throwing surprise twists that should be expected but you never see coming and I love every bit of it. The great thing is that Lee Sina won't be dying, thankfully but on the other hand she kind of got herself in a pickle with Noh Go Jin because of the mixup by the doctor XD And now he even revealed himself and they're going to continue the fake charade and damn, it's just so interesting how they used every cliche but flipped it over in a quirky but not annoying way. Either way, I wasn't expecting him to reveal himself so soon but can't wait to see how this goes over. If Sina didn't die by cancer, she's surely going to die because of Go Jin. Really curious about who the real perpetrator is but so many people are sus.
Same I mean he kept the group together, like the glue and I really wanted him and hana together as well so baaad! He didn't deserve it and honestly don't know why writer-nim had to kill him off. Let's cry together XD
Yeah those hopes were crushed :( I swear it's always the sunshine, charming, and joyful one of the group and I hate that! Daeil didn't even get to hear Hana's reply and he was doign the driving thing for her to begin with and UGHHHHH! It's so not fair, even till the last moment I was hoping maybe he'd pull a penthouse XD
THE BEST ONE I HAVE SEEN IN FOREVERRRRR! Park Seoham and Jaechan were perfect for their roles and I love how they played their characters to perfection. And sooo cute, the chemistry, the development, it was so simple and light and WAOW! Also stan knk, Seoham, and Dongkiz, I know I am stanning the two groups now. Ahhhhh! Realy hope there's a season 2, but than ending was so satisfying and Jung Jaeyoungs smile is out of this world.
I had no idea that it was Bai Lu and Leo Yunxi acting in this together again but I am beyond ecstatic! They were so freaking amazing together in their previous drama and I never thought I'd see them together again but YESSSSS! Bai Lu is a literal QUEEN, her acting is always phenomenal and so good plus she's so gorgeous and I love her style as she acts. Meanwhile, no one can surpass Leo Yunxi in that black costume. He looks FREAKING WOW! So graceful and elegant and I can't wait for this so that I can be blessed with this couple again. I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS. just hope it comes out soon because the wait for Leo's Immortality is already killing so I need this one. Like Bai Lu and Leo Yunxi are perfect. ME NEEDS THIS!!!!!
Zhu Ya Wen is the reason I watch this drama too, he is a brilliant actor but if they can stick with the original…
I'll agree with you but tbh I don't have any idea about execution of dramas even though I've been watching them for a few years but yes the cast is amazing and it could definitely be done better, not that I'm complaining. It's still the best c-drama I've seen so far in 2022 but there are surely more to come.
Zhu Ya Wen is the reason I watch this drama too, he is a brilliant actor but if they can stick with the original…
Excuse me, what?!!!!!! Jundie and him have a child in the novel, wtf! That is just WOW! I'm gonna go ahead and say it that I am so glad the drama isn't like the novel.
Zhu Ya Wen is the reason I watch this drama too, he is a brilliant actor but if they can stick with the original…
Oh wow! A novel? A HAREM NOVEL?! OMG! That definitely sounds like a rollercoaster and it;s the same for me. I originally started the drama because of Zhu Ya Wen and I loved the plot which is cliche but the other way around, I mean for once the FL isn't so weak and needs saving every 5 seconds. I also found out that Mike He was in it and he was a leading man in my first ever c-drama so I was so so happy to know he was in it as well and, it became a must watch after I saw one episode.
I think because viewers can see the whole chessboard, some might find it hard to empathize with the feelings of…
YES! Couldn't have said it better myself! tbh, they're both amazing characters and both frustrating at times but that what makes the character and hopefully both will have more development and talk things out. Yeah and can't wait for that happy ending with sweet moments ;)
I think because viewers can see the whole chessboard, some might find it hard to empathize with the feelings of…
True but FL is too presumptuous and rude and borderline mean to him. I get that he keeps secrets but he hasn't forced any decisions on her and she hasn't taken any of his decisions into proper consideration. The kidnapping part, I admit she had every right to be suspicious of him but this grandma thing is just stupid of her. I was starting to like her but then she blamed him for fulfilling her grandma's last wish, I mean he had a duty to the grandma. Not to forget how she kicks ML out of the house and then goes to meet her ex, and even when he showed up in Bazhen, she just goes around casually spending time with him like WTF girl. Get your priorities straight and go after the man who protects and genuinely loves you instead of the slime that abandoned you once before. She needs to make up her mind and both need to properly communicate. All the miscommunications they both cause makes them both so stupid!
I think because viewers can see the whole chessboard, some might find it hard to empathize with the feelings of…
That is true. He could just tell her but he chooses to keep it to himself. The grandma issue I get, the grandma didn't want FL to know and he just wanted to obey her dying wish. But other than that he didn't have a reason to hide the rest although I understand him there too. He wanted to look after her and protect her but maybe didn't want to put pressure on her so that she feels like she has to repay him but I wish he just told her because I need her to feel guilty for once. Why can't she just be there for him, just once instead of jumping to conclusions and hurting him? The scene in which she blamed him for the kidnapping and he went home, hurt physically and emotionally, getting the bathtub just had be in tears. I just wanna hug him and I understand that he sets himself up for that. TBH they both need to change. He needs to stop doing things and shouldering everything while she needs to get off her high horse.
The only thing I will say is that I can't see this having a happy ending but I really hope that it gets a happy ending and if not happy than an open ending because I'm sorry but if these 2 boys do not get eternal happiness I will flip!
