Urfotunately yes, but look at positives: we still have many fantastic bl tv series! World is more and more tolerant and we can watch briliants without any difficulties :' )

Thailand - you get everything at airing time with eng sub. Wait 3 days and you can watch it in 24 languages.
Korea - you can watch it before premiere, but it cost.
Taiwan - you can watch it before premiere but from illegal sources and eng subtitles will be for sure.
China - you can or can't watch it. Cause china using magical power of blocking this in your country. But there's still illegal sources.
Japan - eeee.... You'll watch it in next year or NEVER. And forget about subs. You'll learn Japanese faster than find any subs.

Oh my, I think the same! Diary of Tootsies is my favorite tv series and I really hope it will be similar.
