He loves (or he thinks he does) Seiji so he got mad that somebody that is breaking the rules is #1 while somebody who doesn't is #2. He's ready to bring down Wela so his loved one could rise to that #1 spot. He thinks he's in the right even though his using a bad plan.

I think Ken and Pan will end up together but I'm going to sink with my ship! 😂 I'm a horrible shipper.

I think that at the end Ken and Pan will be together and my boy Seiji will be alone.

Yep, but Seiji is the one who started accusing Khem for treason and everything escaleted from there. We can't hate Ken just yet.

Ken has a point! Wela and Khem were breaking the rule just the first week that Khem was hired. Ken was following the rule for years because he did not want to lose his job. It's not fair that this nobody came from nowhere taking different positions and not getting some kind of punishment for breaking the golden rule. Ken didn't know Khem was the owner's son.
