Tbh there are just way to many things that don't make sense about Eun gyeol going back to 2023 and finding out that his mom is sekyung.... because then he would not be existing unless other wise...I mean considering my little knowledge for time travel...if he went back to 2023 and his mom had changed then no one would be recalling them because he would then be non existent together with his brother in that time line because his parents never got together at all.....
Also okay let's say it's possible he and Eun ho exists and that the mom changed then Eun ho should not be deaf considering the fact that the dads deafness isn't generic and Sekyung isn't deaf....
Iam just saying, it's either he is dreaming or I need a firm and convincing explanation for that pre release.....😂😂😂
I have to say I love the small hints given in the earlier episodes to explain what's happening in the present episodes.
The hinting on the fact that Eun yu looks like her mom but having the same child actress who acted as her younger version in EP 2 also act as her mom's younger version in the beginning of episode 4 in addition to this regardless of not showing the face...the hair styling and the red cello Eun yu was carrying as they were entering the house all matched with her mom's styling in 1995.
The hinting on her mom drinking by showing her bringing out lots of bottles of wine...from her house when Eun gyeol visited in EP 2.
The tag on her suitcase which they put alot of emphasis on by even zooming in but some of us failed to notice...in EP 5.
I was just having a rewatching and noticed all of these...😂
So I have watched episodes one to six of this drama came here and checked out the comments and it felt nice to see the good reviews and also people sharing their opinion..but after reading some comments I felt the need to give my personal views on them..this is my opinion so don't feel targetted or anything..we are just sharing 😂
1. Some one said I don't understand the logic behind some one travelling to the past and meeting the teenage version of their parents but still going ahead and calling them mom or dad!
I agree this is a bit wierd but if I were to travel back in time and met my parents and confirmed that they are my parents I think it would be stranger for me to call them by their names at that point...aside from the shock of meeting my mom's young version I think psychologically the first word that will come out of my mouth is Mom! Or Dad it's wierd yes but inevitable considering that's how I have been referring to my whole life..I don't think I would have time to filter..at that moment I have accepted that they are my parents....so I don't think I would have time to think of there real names to call them😂
Why is he revealing things about the future to the people in the past..why is he talking to these people like he is in 2023?
I have arrived in this really mysterious time line with no preparation whatsoever and Iam expected to be able to sort out what Iam supposed to say at the moment..he was experiencing fear shock and excitement at the same time...😂 It was a pretty much natural reaction to a new situation.
3.Why do these two keep doing things they are ruining the future...and why was he even surprised when he was told that the future had changed....?
Are we forgetting that these two are teenagers they have time travelled for the first time so I don't know which form of perfection or experience I would expect them to have...and maybe we could say it's common sense and they should have it but nothing makes sense about being in one time line and then going through a door and suddenly you are in the next, they are new to this situation, they have their own methods which won't necessarily be perfect
4.The whole Yi Chan is immature situation... because he is excited about this girl he has been having a crush on suddenly showing so much interest in him...it's a pretty much natural situation for him to be so excited and act crazy..it's a phase let him get through it...let him lose his self respect, let him be immature...other wise I don't know what level of maturity I'd expect from some one who is still growing....
5. Why are we hating Eun yu again? I mean I might be butchered for this but Iam just seeing a desparate sad cluless girl trying to kill her self but erasing her existence and punishing her dad by setting her mom up with some one else...if it wasn't Yi Chan it could have been any one else..yes her methods are risky since she would be erasing not one but three other people from the future but so far from what I have watched she doesn't even have any idea on that....for now she is thinking for her self but that doesn't mean she is some villain that has come out of no where to create trouble and then run away with the classic villainous chuckle....he.r character has only been Introduced to us...we haven't seen her POV so isn't it a bit too early to conclude that she is bad.....She came up with this crazy theory and is willing to make it work, she doesn't know the consequences of her actions...but I don't think she has any I'll intentions....her character will get character development after she learns the truth..for now let her annoy you 😂😂 if things are ever explained to her and if she learns the consequences of her actions and still insists in doing what she is doing now then maybe I'll join the “ we hate Eun yu campaign” for now I don't get it ..sorry Any way I have tried to few all the situations above in the most natural and humane way possible and some might disagree with my opinions but I still stand by them...

The drama is clearly falling victim of the fact that it didn't put romance upfront like everyone hope it would but you can't really say that wasn't foreshadowed if you watched the trailer lol
It's also sadly falling victim of the fact that its plot has been given to us alot this year which is drawing in comparison both necessary and unnecessary.... despite the similar plot we can as much give our views without drawing in other dramas to make a point....
Iam loving the pacing so far..the acting and of course a bit thanks for keeping the looks natural I will wait for more episodes before I make a judgement.
This drama is fun light hearted and pretty entertaining....but it's also a binge worthy kind of series..like I could watch it all in one sitting since it has that click next episode addiction but it's not something I'd wait around for to air weekly......but it's cute for people that like romcoms and light hearted series...
I love the emotion potrayal I can really feel the longing and grief....and this has a certain effect on me emotionally...and that's a good thing.
As for female leads being over possessive towards male lead...I just think it's because her life was cut short yes there were other lives before her 18th but I think it's safe to say she felt more love and comfort from her 18th life and I guess Seoha was one of the reasons she felt comfortable.....if iam not mistaken she had never wishes to reincarnate but because this life she had built in her 18th was suddenly cut short and so she hoped she could reincarnate....so I understand her excitement...and need to use every chance to get what she wants..plus it doesn't feel uncomfortable atleast she knows some of her boundaries and I love her straight forwardness and sassy character....
Anyways iam loving this and can't wait to know more about her other lives and why her 18th life and Seoha are so special to her in comparison.
The acting is good the osts are good and the cinematography is Soo nice
It's hard to hate Young soon when she's technically just being HUMAN, she makes wrong decisions, she breaks down, she reacts without thinking some times in a good way and some times in a bad way, she tries so hard, she constantly makes mistakes.. she panics ..that's what we human beings do..we not perfect....and am glad her character was made that transparent

Only on MDL is where I see people calling out other people because they don't think like they do....every one has reasons as to how they interpreted the situation, you have reasons as to why you called it abuse and the other people you talking about also have reasons as to why they interpreted it that way....MDL is a collection of people who think differently do as much as you feel offended because some one thinks differently from you..you have zero rights to call them out on their opinions.....
I guess this drama is doing a great job shaking many moral codes....but you can't enforce what you feel or how you interpret things to other people...some are trying so hard to point out whatever wrong the mom does just to come here and yell she's a shitty mom who abuses his son and so on and so forth and you have all rights too after all that's how far as your moral code can go on interpretting the situation.....some are going to go as far as try to understand the mom's actions and the after math of her actions it doesn't make them stupid though it's called putting your self in a person's shoes to judge a situation...and I can't blame those either...the mom's character is one that arrouses every ones thoughts those who feel like she is the worst mom to exist and her actions can't be justified whatsover and those who feel like regardless of how cold she is ..she still has done a few good things for her son so she can't be that bad
It's all about how you feel... comment how you feel but don't make it your job to make others feel how you do because their thoughts and feelings are corresponding to yours.......it's all in the moral code....so think as you do and come share your thoughts and let others think as they do and they ll share their thoughts...and don't expect that you'll just share your thoughts and no one will respond they'll do because once you throw a comment here you looking for opinions...and yes you'll get both positive and negative....
THE GOOD BAD MOTHER ( Take sides as much as you want after all the character was made so imperfect and so human....for it to be relatable to us..) though seriously their many acting like saints here🤣
The title itself took two sides. THE GOOD- BAD MOTHER ..that clearly shows that she doesn't fall into one but falls on both sides so juggle your emotions while watching.... interpret her actions as you want... remember it's your personal analysis so it makes no point coming and yelling for every one who thinks otherwise because you disagree...do you and they'll do them
