Omg episode 35 and the writing just keeps getting worse 🤣 none of this is logical! What a tragedy for the actors, who are decent

I'm on episode 26 and struggling to understand why this even has a 7.6 rating, and I'm usually very generous with ratings....I mean the actors are doing what they can with what they're given, but this is by far the worst fight scenes, the worst writing, worst and most one sided villains I've seen in a looong time. And don't get me started on the makeup and costumes....

I keep watching because there must be something that redeems it?!! Morbid curiosity?

I'm only on episode 6 and I'm already delighted with this show!!

It seems that so many 2 season shows never see the second season .... Wish they could have done a 40-something episode season instead of leaving us in the lurch with no guaranteed resolution to the plot :(

I haven't tried downloading yet! When I tried mirroring, it first said subtitles were unavailable. I tabbed out for a bit to reply to some conversations, but when I went back the subs were working! 😁 I guess they just took a while to load? I had only just downloaded the app, not sure if that makes a difference at all. Are subs usually available during airing shows on Youku?

Turns out I just needed to refresh an hour later, subs are working now!

Oh no, there's no subs yet...I can understand maybe 50% without subs...hmmm I guess this could be a good chance to work on my comprehension 😅

I have an Android phone and Android tv, turns out that mirroring my phone's screen to the TV works decently!

Yeah this show looks like it will be stunning, I definitely want to see it larger to appreciate that! Guess I will be figuring out how to set that up!

Just signed up for a year. I have way too many streaming subs! But this one is actually shockingly low priced compared to the others so I'm not even mad.

Yeah I watched that one on Viki!! Really liked it! But for this one I'm feeling the hype and don't want to wait haha

I just downloaded the app....USD 29 for a year is actually super reasonable, lots of the north American services I pay for (and use way less) are almost that much per month.

Honestly with how much CDramas I binge I should just cancel Netflix etc haha

Thanks for the reply, I wasn't sure how these companies do or don't work together. I know sometimes I see iQIYI etc on Viki but that's all I know.
Well I guess I'm gonna pay for Youku for at least a while!

Does anyone know if this will air on WeTV, iQIYI, or Viki? I'm already paying for those three but don't have Youku :(
