Watch it, please for the love of god.

Whatever you're doing, scrolling through movies or dramas, just watch this. It's one of the best films I've ever watched in my life. Don't go in knowing anything, just go blind as a bat, I promise you will have so much more impact. Just be warned, there is explicit nudity and sex, so be careful. Even though it's slow, let it ease in, it's worth it 100%.

I think my review could be pages upon pages long if I wanted it, so for the sake of this, I'll simply mention the highlights. The acting was perfect. I've seen some of them in other roles before, but this was just an extremely stunning performance by them all. I felt their emotions deeply within me. It was raw, and I did cry by the end of it. Perfect casting too, they were just all so suited for their characters, it'd be an insult to cast anyone else.

I have to praise the cinematography and sets, there is so much to eat up all throughout the movie. Small details you notice going through, little hints here and there. It always fit the mood, always enhanced the scenes, and it really sold me on every bit being worth its shot in there. You can rewatch it many times and find new things over and over once you know the whole deal, and that's something I will always really praise in a movie.

The only thing I can complain about is the run time. I think it could have done with being about 10 minutes shorter, but neither do I want much of it cut out, so it's not something to be fixed.

This movie played me like a fiddle, and I couldn't be both happier and extremely sadder. It's a depressing movie, but it's made me reflect a lot after the fact, and I appreciate it so much for what it did. An absolute must-watch, I implore you find a copy for yourself if you can help it.
