Just rewatched this drama and I do believe the ML might be the perfect man .. he had such integrity love and caring towards FL . He respected who she was and what she was capable of doing. It’s probably one of the healthier relationships I’ve seen in dramas. The FL was also very good.. she was wise, thoughtful and a survivor… I think what may have bothered some people was how “un emotional she was initially, but when you think about it she had to conceal who she really was not only in gender but in where she came from..when she makes up her mind to be with him she has to overcome many obstacles..but they do ti together which i liked
The chemistry was really good, these two actually gave real kisses and they were affectionate through the whole drama ..great chemistry:)
Issues were resolved relatively quickly and the episodes showed the tightness of the group and their support of each other. It’s one of my favorites and who doesn’t love a gender bender done well..plus the FL knew how to fight and could defend herself and others .. Totally enjoyed it:D
Just finished this drama!! Its now in my top 5 favorite cdramas! The plot, characters, "villains", mystery elements…

Absolutely..I’m watching for the second time bc I saw him in love between Fairy and devil and it reminded me of this drama. I like strong FL and she delivers. Smart capable and yet vulnerable. The ML is to me an almost perfect man.. caring, smart, respectful and passionate about the one he loves. It’s not a slow burn either :) Just fyi Love between fairy and devil was phenomenal .. beyond good .(amazing leads chemistry and story) . the ML in maiden Holmes was the 2nd ML in LBF&D .. he again played a character of integrity and honor.. always a treat to watch him
This drama is surprisingly good for a short! Somehow the pacing is not rushed and abrupt and there's enough substance…
These are the 20 min plus ones …..Queen of attack 1 and 2 ……the killer is also romantic.. and there’s another one …I think it’s.. the girl you hardly knew.. I’ll look it up
Ok..so at first I was unsure of what kind of person he is and what he was actually going to do to her.. (episode 1 &2.. he does come on strong) lol .. but then I realized he knows a lot more than he let on and he has reasons for his actions…. initially he comes on as a bit of a masochist (just sayin) and I was on the fence about continuing…
However… I’m seriously liking the drama and finding him to be a really good character.. kind of misunderstood.. standing alone ….strong observer..protective of what is his… I like that ( honestly his mom and the step sister are B!tCh’s …can they die soon???
the FL has dealt with soo much death and betrayal. I’m surprised she hasn’t had a break down.. he’s challenging her on so many levels (end of ep 4 and 6 with the gun) she’s tough and I think he’s trying to toughen her up for her own protection… and finally we get more info in episode 6
I would like LONGER EPISODES…this is good enough to make into a longer drama.. all the characters are interesting in some way..the leads are very good excellent chemistry
My only complaint is …Is it me or are the episodes getting shorter??? It’s like I’m immersed in the story and it’s done… … maybe the drama gods will release all the episodes at once….(one can hope:)
They are already married tho. And have kids. Just read the novel

It reminded me of the end of TMOPB where she is waiting on his cultivation and she keeps hearing him and then he is there… what I liked about that ending is they discuss how they feel about each other and things they thought… things like that would have been nice in this drama . I felt he was real when he appeared bc the look on her face was a bit of unbelief, awe, relief, joy & love
