I think I liked how the novel handled the past life better. Drama has added so much unnecessary angst. I would have liked it better if TV Do jun's motive wasn't revenge for his past parents than his own murder.
In the webtoon and novel, I felt that the grandpa was more leaning towards Do Jun as the heir apparent and not his first grandson. But it's completely different in the show. Not that it's bad but the grandpa-Do jun bond is certainly weaker in the tv adaptation. Also can someone clarify this for me? I think if I haven't remembered it wrong when grandpa comes to know about Do jun being the majority shareholder of Miracle investments in the novel, he wasn't angry right? I could have gotten it wrong since I mtl-ed it but I hope someone clarifies this for me....
