I really liked Riley Wang in I hear you, and I am liking Shane Xiao in Marry Me . However on here you can tell that their acting is just not on the same level as Leo Lu and Bai Lu. YS and JJ's chemistry is on fire and I can't get enough, whereas I'm just not interested in the second couple and find myself fast forwarding their scenes just to get back to the main couple.

I know that feeling. I've currently got 5 shows going. But I try to find stuff where it airs on different days so I have something to chase each day.

I'm in the same boat. These three all have similar plot lines, although Love is Sweet is my favorite. I'm planning on using poison love to fill in the gaps when waiting for love is sweet to air.

I'm loving Love in Time too! I also just started poisoned love which so far has been pretty cute and has the benefit of having completed airing.

Can't imagine why having a staff quarantine will affect the airing schedule. The shows should be done already when it starts airing, so it's just a matter of uploading on time which you can schedule. It is also being broadcasted on tv, so I can see them wanting to align the web release with that. But yea, your guess is as good as mine. I tried looking on weibo under the account and didn't find anything.

No idea. None of the other dramas seem to have a 2 week break. And I don't really read Chinese, so trying to look for clues on weibo is not an option for me. This particular drama seems to have a lot of trouble with their air schedule. I've seen it changed 3 times already since it aired.

I know right? The downside of chasing a really good show.

Try love is sweet. I started watching it and the show also has low angst, with amazing chemistry between the leads.

I was on dukobu and they said we have to wait until Oct 13 before there's new eps? Why is there a 2 week wait does anyone know? Is it because of the Chinese Golden week holiday?

Yours is definitely more accurate. I almost missed this drama due to the synopsis, because it didn't seem interesting. But this is such a good drama, deserves a more accurate synopsis. The poetry part is such a smart part of the drama, it's more a school for scholars than poetry per say.

Have you seen the FL in Legend of Awakening? She did a superb job, and I definitely did not realize she was only 15. I think she can totally pull off playing someone who is 17-19. How can you judge if the show will be good or not just by the age difference of the main leads?

I liked Zhang Ling He in Maiden Holmes and I thought Ancy Deng did a superb job in legend of awakening (I had no idea she was only 15 until all this criticism over this show). Let's not forget it's the actors jobs to act out their role, before condemning the show for their RL age difference (after all as someone said the characters themselves are only 2 years apart). Considering this is a youth drama I very much doubt there will be anything inappropriate (most high school dramas only has puppy eyes, maybe a declaration of love, definitely no skinship), remember it will need to pass by the censorship board, and I highly doubt they will allow for anything inappropriate to be broadcast. Actors often will act either younger or older than their real age when the roles calls for it, it's called good acting! E.g. Seven Tan is 30 but she still pulls off being a teenager in Go Ahead, also there was a 23 year difference between Jerry Yan and Shen Yue and they made a believable couple in Count Your Lucky Stars. Also look at Mila Kunis, she was only 16 when she started on That 70's show with Ashton Kutcher (23 at the time) and their relationship onscreen was very believable... So for those whose putting down the ML/FL and this show, if you don't like it, just don't watch it. There's no need to be spewing hatred towards the actors and show, it's completely unwarranted.

Ep 21 on YouTube is the latest ep... There's an ep22 raw floating around but pretty much same content as ep21 on youtube. I think it's the difference between web ep and tv ep (cut and length are different in each version).

I am watching on MQ media USA YT channel, they seem to have the most up to date eps (ep21 uploaded today) and surprisingly came with subs that weren't bad.

Looks like there are two versions! The ep21 on youtube is a little after ep22 on other sites... I think like other dramas that is broadcast on TV they have 2 versions, one for TV and one for Web and they don't match up quite the same. It's hella confusing!

I also like Darren Chen :). Although Vic Chou will forever be my Hua Zhe Lei, I had a huge crush on him in highschool, tehee.

Yea I also used this drama to balance out L&R. It was the perfect balm to sooth all the angst from watching SF suffer. I also watched Unicorn Girl (also with Sabrina Chen) and that was also a fluffy drama but I didn't find it as good as this one. She definitely had more chemistry with the ML here than with Darren Chen.

I also recommend Maiden Holmes, I started watching it as the balm to my sooth my heart after all the SF suffering. Maiden Holmes is much lighter, with a strong /smart FL and good second leads/side kicks. Also the mains have great chemistry, just don't go in expecting anything epic the story line is pretty predicable.

I loved this drama. And unlike so many recent dramas (the heiress, dance of phoenix) what a satisfying ending. If you're looking for a light hearted feel good drama with a satisfying happy ending this is it! Finally a drama that shows the FL and ML with a healthy relationship that talk out their issues instead of long dragged out misunderstandings. And also a strong FL and SFL actively participates in resolving issues, with the ML and SML respecting them enough to talk through issues instead of trying to resolve all issues behind the FL's back.
