well he had reasons for behaving the way he is with ran Joo , because ran joo's mom wanted her to only remain as a singer that is why he was not letting her have the shares and in the end all the misunderstandings and explanations for his behaviour was made clear to ran Joo and we can say that they will rekindle their relationship because obviously they still have feelings for eachother (though the series doesn't show them together but it's obvious afterall they will remain in the same agency and the feelings are still there) so yeah. seo joon was not really a bad guy
