So in the British Ambassador’s party someone noticed the detail that while Saeon is wearing Louboutins, Heejoo is not. Someone else pointed out that red bottoms are typically associated with Alpha females which is kind of the opposite of Heejoo who is more soft, timid, and shy. However, her shoes are said to be Roger Vivier which are MORE EXPENSIVE THAN LOUBOUTINS!! Kind of a nice detail (if it was even done on purpose) because while many people think that her shoes may be inconspicuous or less than compared to the Louboutins that Saeon is wearing (since red bottoms are striking, well known, and typically associated with strong characters), but in reality it is more dominating and more expensive. Just like in their relationship. While Saeon seems to be the Alpha male possessive male lead on the outside, we all know who’s really the boss in this relationship and who’s really got control at the end of the day ;)

Side note but they really made the bruises on Heejoo’s neck so realistic! You could even see the dotting and how it bruises like it would real skin. Also the wound on Saeon’s hand! Just a little appreciation for the special effects makeup artist lol!

The fact that Heejoo seems to idolize Saeon and wants to sign/be on screen next to him even for a brief moment and he is hell bent on keeping her protected and even switched brides so she doesn’t end up marrying someone her sister said was trash does things to me.
